they couldn't install my parts. I never got refunded for all the points I spent. I sat around for 1 hour before they even found the parts in the back. Only reason for 2 stars is I got a free car wash.

Just awful customer service. Even with a full warranty they want money to diagnose your vehicle. Don't care if they leave you on the road in an unsafe vehicle. All that matters is give me your money! Rude arrogant service advisors. This all happened after I took the time a week before to call extended warranty insurance and call Geweke service department so we had and understanding my repairs would be under warranty. Get to my appointment and round and round I go to call warranty people again and back and forth like I'm the dealers secretary becuz apparently this service advisor Vincent wrote the repair law book and the previous service advisor who booked my appointment was talking out his @!? And did not follow through as he said he could.

Had an amazing experience working with Rico and Alex to help me with figuring out the best car for my growing family with a 2023 Ford Escape Hybrid. Rico was so wonderful to work with as he was extremely knowledgeable of each of the cars I was considering, was completely transparent on pricing, and did not pressure me into making a rushed deal with them. I would be 100% comfortable with giving them my business for years to come as they were the best type of dealership to work with.

DON'T EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE IF YOU PLAN ON WAITING WHILE THEY PERFORM THE SERVICE. When I called to schedule the appointment (they don't have an express service like Dodge), I was given a choice of 12:30 or 2:30 a couple days out. I specifically asked how long it would be if I waited for my car (they said one hour). Then I asked if I should take the 2:30 instead of the 12:30 because of lunch. I was told there would not be a problem as they had staff available through the lunch hour. I arrive on time at 12:30 today and I am immediately told it would be an hour and a half because of lunch. But I was already here so I agree to wait. At an hour and a half, I see my car parked on the drive so I go to the counter. They haven't even started the work yet. Sadly, I also had to remind them to reset the car indicator for when the next oil change was needed as it was not reset from the last service. Sadly this is the only ford dealership here. Now as I sit here still waiting for my car I have to wonder what type of job they will actually do as they are "rushing it."

It was a great service lounge especially after waiting the entire day in that lounge. You would think a dealership could meet its noon commitment when signing an agreement at 8:45 AM. Thank you for fixing my car and giving me free windshield wipers.

Set an online service appointment, which they apparently don't check. Check-in is a NIGHTMARE, and you will definitely be waiting HOURS for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After Vincent told us it would be about four hours, Tina took over our care and got us out in an hour and a half. She's amazing and the only reason I would go back here. But only if I didn't have to call.

A couple years ago Ford convinced me to purchase a car that they knew I did not want. Recently it's been feeling like it's backfiring when I accelerate- No big deal. I take it to ford and they keep my car for weeks- no phone call- nothing. Turns out nothing was wrong with it "they just forgot to call". They didn't offer a rental or anything. Sitting here at the service entrance waiting to pick up my car and nobody can find it and cannot find my keys. Called them today to let them know I was coming to get it, you think they'd have it prepared considering they've had it for weeks. Totally mismanaged.

We should have read the reviews first! So unprofessional. We drove out from Sacramento to purchase a car Eddie told us the car would be ready today. Turns out the vehicle had not even passed inspection yet blaming their internet department for the mistake. I would have never agreed to run my credit, if they had told me the truth upfront. The manager claimed calls are recorded, but when I asked they play it back. He just walked away. Don't believe ANYTHING they tell you. Complete waste of time. The car was filthy.

My cars a/c was blowing cool air but not cold so I made appt to have it serviced. I was there about 7am and appt was for 7:30am. I called around noon to find out that the Oem part needed was no longer avail and a refurbished will be needed, cost $2,500. I refused service because the car is a 98 explorer and wanted to get 2nd opinion. When I picked up car and left lot, I noticed a loud continuous clicking and when at an idle, car was hesitant like quitting me. I went right back and svc advisor told me that tech had gone for the day and so did the manager. I told advisor I was scared to drive my car and she told me that they can have it lifted to check it and another diagnostic would be charged and no repairs will be done. I told her I never had this issues before and always had svc done when required. She tried telling me that she heard the clicking prior to having svc performed. She never went in my car, so I will never take my car back to this Ford facility. They ruined my car. I can't remove the star, should be NO STARS

Looking for a deal on a ford f150, these guys act like they're vehicles are plated in gold, would barely budge on their price and then forgot what I was shopping for. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT take your vehicle for service at this dealership. The business does not retain the proper test tools to troubleshoot an issue that arises on your vehicle. Even on work they performed in the past. Then they will just guess what the issue is and charge you without resolving, Never been so frustrated ever in my life after being a customer for over 11 years. Will spread the word with all my friends and family. Avoid Geweke Ford !!!

I bought a brand new 2022 Ford 250 Lariat, the sales person was great. The minute you leave the lot, do not expect to receive the same good service. I needed a few questions answered and no one would get back to, and it took 2 weeks for someone to answer my email. I was treated terribly by the finance/receivables department. I wanted to cancel my maintenance warranty and it has taken over 3 months to get anywhere and I still have not received a refund. I would never recommend this place or will I buy another Ford through them.

I have a Ford Edge that has been nothing but problems. I had the replace the shift cable a few locks a bunch of sensors and the motor got coolant in the motor and died which I am told is a common thing with the Edges. I replaced my motor and have had nothing but issues since I took it to the dealership, and they wanted to charge me $300 since they determine there was an issue, but it wasn't covered by the warranty. The issue was loose engine mounts which I argued and got the $300 dropped. I have had many issues since and them not test driving my car it will never be fixed. The Ford Store in Yuba City is awful, and they will not fix my car even though they put the new motor in. At this point I really do not want to do business with Ford if they don't make this right. I just spent $8000 on a motor and my car is almost undrivable.
