Rude and unprofessional management and staff. Beware your items may get stolen and the managers and staff do not care! The only way you’ll know is when you go to your unit and notice it! They will disengage your access code for whatever reason even though you’ve paid your storage fees. I highly recommend going somewhere else! This is not the place you want to store your items, trust me

Please find a different place to store your items! This place has rude and unprofessional staff and management and aren’t helpful when you e had your items stolen! I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

They were awesomely helpful and super nice, I highly recomend them. I had lost the key to the unit as well as it being late when I went, but none the less they helped us out by opening the unit for me.

I have a storage unit here and i love the place. On site manager is like my other mom and down to earth! Ive been here for a few years now and dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon. To me the price is right!

I'm an insurance agent and one of my clients rents a unit from this storage facility. The facility told my client that they needed to be on her insurance policy but my client didn't understand what for and was scared to ask them because of their attitude toward customers. I called Garden Hwy Self Storage to simply see what she needed so I could get it over to them and got cussed out by the lady that runs the place and didn't get my questions answered.. No wonder people don't want to deal with them.

If I could give minus 5, i would. The lady that runs the place is so rude. Do to someone there telling me they would take my payment out of my checking account,that they don't do. I called and asked why my payment wasn't taken out this month,the lady I talked to called me a liar saying that the young man would not have said that. This is not the first time she has been very rude to me. I will be taking my stuff out of there as soon as I can. AGAIN THIS WOMAN IS VERY RUDE!!! Debbie Smitj
