Overly priced after initial half month. Jumped from 79.00 to 135.00. Not worth the price of overpaying. Lots of rat poop and urine on your stuff. Rats do a lot of damages to your items and destroy them. Not particularly happy about the damages my stuff has occurred.

New manager likes to lie. Rent somewhere else so you won't have the problems I am having. Other places charge much less and you won't get locked out on the day your bill is due.

Recently with the change in management this self storage business has uped its game. Much more business like, increased technology. It has always been a very clean and helpful business and I would recommend it to anybody.

Great customer service and fast and easy leasing only complaint would be all the cob webs around my unit other than that place is great.

My first time renting a storage unit. The woman (sadly I can't remember her name ) who set me up was very nice, and she helped me figure out what size unit I needed and everything. They also have active security service as well, which makes me feel better. Of course I know this only because I accidently got locked in one day and security had to come and get me out ? so I know even if someone gets in its gonna be hard to get out with anything. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

❌? BEWARE ❌?This is the most unprofessional, incompetent, rude place of business I’ve ever seen. The district manager Diana granados it the worst!!! She cuss people out, yell at them like they are her child, and then try to play the victim! This is Not a safe place to store you belongings. Your storage unit will get broken into, and they will not even notify you! Then put their lock on your unit. Oh there are homeless people storing things there and living there. They have big Rats all over. We had to leave our things because the rat was all in it.You’ll be better off sailing your things, and make a profit. Because they will not compensate you for your stolen nor damaged things due to their rats!!!❌❌❌ DO NOTI REPEAT DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!!!❌❌❌

I should have know not to do business with them with the first encounter!!!! The system was down and I ended up not being able to move my things in until the next day.Fast forward about 3mo later, I was rearranging my storage, a HUGE RAT runs across the hall and into one of the units! I called and called and called for assistance! They kept telling me the district manager will be in touch! They kept saying they're making all these notes. I'm not getting any responses! But like a fool I kept my things there! BUG MISTAKE bc the rodents has now gotten into my things! Now I'm asking for a refund and to just vacate! Still no assistance! Today I come to move my things out, and my unit had a company lock on it. So I'm confused, have her unlock my unit, HALF MY THINGS ARE MISSING! So I make police report and ask her like why was yall lock on my unit anyway? She's like "I have no notes on file so I'm unsure! DO I LOOK LIKE I WORK HERE!?!" I'm like yes dummy!!! PLEASEEEEEEE be fr!! She's like "did you not have a lock on it or something?"I'm like "YALL MADE ME PAY YALL $15 AT CHECK IN BC I DIDNT HAVE THE LOCK YALL REQUIRED! PLEASEEEEEEE be fr!!!!!Come to find out SHE IS THE DISTRICT MANAGER‼‼‼ smh! This place is pathetic!!! Also I got locked in the gate once bc gate hrs are past office hours! I couldn't get a hold of anyone!!!THAT GATE IS TRASH JUST LIKE THE DISTRICT MANAGER DIANA GRANADOS(spellcheck last name)

I have been a storage renter for a few years now and they have always been amazing..if something needs to get handled it does and they are super kind and understanding I would recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a reasonable safe and makes you feel like family storage facility.

Nobody is ever here to answer the phone or take payments. The customer service is horrendous, and they don't abide by their own rental agreement terms. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Been storing my stuff there for just over a year now an rent has went up twice. No one answers the phone and when you show up no one is there to collect payments anymore. They used to have a lady who even though was hard to deal with was at least there an answered phone when you called.

Alicia, the office manager, isn't a very nice person, she likes to yell at people. And the rent keeps going up. And when you go in to try to pay your bill she's closed half the time. Plus they keep raising the amount because of high demand for their storage units. And she plays favorites between the clients, she treats others not all the same. She also try to change policy but when you ask for a updated policy with the new policy in it she acts like she didn't hear you and gives you another copy of payment receipt.I've even heard that she, Alicia, allows the homeless people to hang out at the storage.
