I have been a tenant with FRPM for over a year and I have had nothing but a positive experience. From the initial property inquiry to getting approved/moved in quickly, minor maintenance requests, they have always handled matters extremely quick. The staff is always available via telephone or email for any questions or concerns. I also have found the “resident center app” they offer to be so convenient, it streamlines any maintenance requests, paying rent, etc! Thank you for everything so far.

Great property management company. They communicate effectively and eventually you can build a relationship with them. We rented from them for a year and had a few hiccups with the property and each time they were quick to help and communicate repairs timelines. We ended up buying a home and they worked with us on our lease. Great folks and I highly recommend.

FRPM has been nothing short of excellent. Maribel in particular has been stellar and always assists with my questions regarding the property. We were able to get moved in quickly and any service requests and other miscellaneous questions are always answered quickly and accurately. They have almost always picked up the phone every time I've called, and I have called numerous times a week since I first moved in, and prior. There was one exception on a Friday at 4:30PM, where I am guessing they may have closed early, where they did not pick up my call, but aside from that they are very responsive both via email and on the phone.

My husband and I had to relocate from Sacramento to Plumas Lake with a very short time frame . The team worked around my schedule and even recommended homes that they thought would fit my needs. Their customer service is excellent and the whole team made a pretty stressful situation easy and straightforward. Highly recommended this team .

I have only had this property management for a few months and already they’ve taken care of a plethora of problems I’ve been having that the old team hadn’t taken care of damn near a whole year … I’m so thankful for their 24/7 on call services and how fast the resolve issues! Kim Williams is the single greatest property manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is hard working, thorough, and dedicated to her work. And I’m most impressed at how well she balances her responsibilities as the liaison between property owners and tenants. In short, she provides superior customer service to not just property owners, but equally to the tenants of those properties she oversees.While staying at one of the properties she managed, we had a handful of small things requiring attention and repairs. We were always able to get in touch with her, or one of her employees, easily by email or phone, and Kim was always quick to address those issues. “--Thank you for that, Kim!”And when it came time to moving-out because the owners wanted to sell, she was so good about protecting us, as tenants, from the owners who were beginning to get a little aggressive while we were working hard to find a new home and get moved out in the allotted 60-day window we were given. “--Kim, thank you, for that!”“--Kim, we really appreciated you for all you had done for us. Brittany assisted us in the application process for our new home and with the million questions we had. She was very professional, prompt and gave a detailed tour of the property we were interested in. I definitely recommend FRPM over and over as they are indeed the best in the Yuba-Sutter area. I have heard many good things about this property management. We were very interested in a home they had up for rent, they were very flexible to setting up an appointment to view the home. We loved the home and moved forward with the application process, they were very responsive with answering questions I had about the application. Unfortunately we did not get the home and they offered to transfer our application over to another property they had however there was none that filled our needs and is in our budget. I wish I could have found something/hope something becomes available soon. I would love to rent a home from them!*Only 4 Star Because I Only Went Through To The Application Process, I Didn’t Rent From Them*

Not to kind or straight forward and won't work with tenants to find a positive solution they would rather let a lease end and not renew it then to give notices to resolve issues. Then when they decide to not renew your lease they don't give you the excuse for why which I understand they are exempt from having to state. But when you try to reach out for some extended time cause you have a job that you can't really take time off of to look for other means of housing they refuse. Its really sad too that if there are underlying problems (due to other tenants that you have tried to get help with) they don't even give you a notice to resolve the issue before it gets to this point as to not renew the lease.

We lived in a house managed by Feather River for 2 years. They were always great at responding to any service issues and were very kind. On the other hand our landlord was a nightmare and didn’t follow any 24hr notice timelines and harassed us a number of times. Our rent was raised after 12 months and we never signed a new lease. 1 year after that we received a 60 day notice to move. Rent had gone up so much I figured they couldn’t raise our rent to match what the houses next door were going for so we had to move. I was told the landlord wanted to sell. (She had 2 other properties on the block up for sale already) Within 3 weeks of us moving they had another renter in the home for 400$ more per month (through Feather River) and the home NEVER went up for sale! It has been 5 months since we moved and the house still hasn’t gone up for sale.
