I was involved in an accident, the tow truck arrived relatively quick, the driver was pleasant, but I had a big issue with them. He towed the car to my home and unloaded it onto my driveway. When he was unloading it, he must've not taken into account that the driveway was at an angle, so as the car was coming off the flatbed, which is obviously at an angle too, it started scraping and damaging the bottom of my bumper, I voiced my concern, but he said that's what happens when the tire is flat. He reassured me that my insurance would cover the damage anyway, and continued to unload it, causing more damage. The insurance did not cover it, when we called the business owner, they denied any wrong-doing. So the tow truck driver's incompetency will cost me more money, since I have to file another claim with my insurance. Be wary of these people. find another tow company, or if they're your only option, video record all transactions with these shady people.

I called Sunday evening 8/20 to obtain a quote. The lady I spoke with was very kind and professional. Despite my children screaming in the background. I needed to get my vehicle towed from Marysville to Yuba City for a 7:00 am appointment. I called other tow companies in the area and can honestly say that none compare to the service EZ towing provides. From the dispatch to the driver. The process was smooth and went better than expected. Huge weight lifted off my shoulders. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional and want to support a business that’s on top of their A game.
