John and his team provided an outstanding EMT refresher class. Very hands-on with very useful props, plus John has the depth of experience to contribute plenty of real-life stories to complement the teaching. I started feeling a bit dicey about my skills, and left feeling ready for just about any emergency.

Best refresher out there, more hands on than death by power point. Will be the only refresher course I will be attending for the foreseeable future.
