I had this office file a tax extension for my 2022 taxes. She told me to call for an appointment when I was ready. I've called 3 or 4 times and emailed twice and got no response. Very disappointing.

This place got me into a mess. Was told I didn't need to file my camp fire claim until I was fully paid out. That was not the case at all. Im now having to amend my taxes from previous years because they informed me wrong. When Ive called to try and talk about it with them to see if they would help me fix this issue, I get ignored over and over. If I could give this place no stars I would. Thanks for stress, mess and anxiety. I would mention names like all of the other reviews, but what does it matter, every time they get a bad review they act like it wasn't their facility or they weren't capable of having bad service.

We have been using Dupree and Associates for many years. Their service and staff have always been extraordinary. If we ever have any questions or concerns, they always have an answer and review every detail with us. We would not take our taxes anywhere else.

At first I had a great experience meeting Shonda. We left our tax info and we communicated once or twice by email. After that nothing. Haven't heard from Shonda in 6 months and no one has responded to any of my emails or phone calls.

The worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business. Shonda was so unprofessional and was literally screaming profanity at me. I only called to inquire about a problem and the first thing she does is start cursing at me. I would give her 0 stars if possible. Do not do business with her she is a compulsive liar.

I have been with Shonda off and on over almost 15 years now. I would leave to try other tax places just to return so she could fix their mess. After trying the other two places I knew who had my back when things needed to be done and dealing with the IRS alone is NOT a fun or easy experience. I like that I can go here for my personal taxes as well as my business taxes and services. My taxes are always double checked and explained to me and my questions have always been answered with honesty and professionalism. I do not live in town anymore, but it has never been an issue with sending my information over and still having my taxes done by this amazing team of professionals. I would not go anywhere else or with anyone else. AMAZING service, always professional, and these ladies treat you like family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially if you want things done right the first time! Thank you for all the amazing years of hassle-free service and answering my millions of questions without making me feel any less than.
