I recently went to this incredible store to buy a recliner because I was having some elbow and shoulder pain. We were there over an hour and had incredible service from The gracious and extremely Knowledgeable staff and if you ever wish to buy furniture from a place that does not have high pressure sales and have multiple selections, This is the place you should go hands-down. I ended up purchasing a dual loveseat recliner for my wife and I and we love it. I feel if I would’ve went somewhere else I would not have received the incredible service that I did. Thank you to Don’s furniture this is a reason this company has been around as long as they have because they really care about your comfort. Lee federico

I am so impressed with the outstanding customer service provided by Cindy at Don's Furniture Warehouse. We purchased a couch an loveseat (2) years ago. The right side of the loveseat was all ready stressed an worn out. I really wasn't sure, if they could do anything or not. To our delight they worked with the Sales Rep who offered a new loveseat. It never hurts to ask. So happy we kept our business local and had a terrific outcome. Plus great customer service. Me and the wife bought a living room set from dons, the set is awesome! And a great price! They notices a rip upon delivery, the owner called and had it fixed right away. This co. Deserves 10 stars . Best in town!!

My husband and I bought a new mattress here a year ago. We were looking for something a little more firm than our old one so it wouldn’t break down as quickly. We were told this pillow top would be fine if we rotated it head to foot every 6 months or so because you can’t flip them over. It was not bottom of the line priced either. After about 6 months and already rotating the mattress several times I ended up calling and the owner did call me back. He was very nice but said ALL mattresses break down when you have 2 people sleeping on them there’s nothing you can do about it. We have also been having to rotating it half a turn which makes a huge gap at the end of the bed. Our backs hurt and it’s more miserable than our old mattress. As you can even see in the pictures without anyone laying on them it’s warped and garbage already! We are not overweight big people and this shouldn’t happen after 6 months!

I was in dire need of a mattress and a bedroom set that was reasonably priced and near by. Not only did I find EXACTLY what I was looking for at Don's, my experience was extremely pleasant. From the beginning of their service till the lady on the phone was helpful and sweet! When I went to their establishment I was warmly greeted by a nice man and shown around. Once I decided on my pick the staff at check out was helpful. The gentleman at check out made a call to see if I could get my products delivered the next day because of schedule conflicts with work and they accommodated me expeditiously. The next day two gentlemen came to deliver and were so quick, respectful, and careful. They managed to get everything upstairs with so much grace and ease. I will definitely be recommending this place to other people and buying my future furniture from here as well. Again GREAT JOB TEAM

Wouldn't recommend buying from. My sister purchased a mattress and bed frame from them. When they delivered it, it wasn't the same mattress she had paid for. The delivery guys called the owner who told my sister to try this one out for a few days since he couldn't resale it after it being opened in her house. She tried it for one night and it just wasn't what she wanted (it was a foam mattress, she paid for a pillow top mattress). He told her he didn't have another one of the one she paid for in stock and that she would have to pay the difference for any of the others he had. After going back and forth he finally agreed to not charge her the difference since it wasn't her fault they delivered the wrong mattress and opened it in her house. He then called her back a few hours later saying he found one last one in their other warehouse. It delivered today but now the mattress is wet on the bottom right corner, like it may have been dropped in a puddle. The owner said it's condensation from the warehouse (shouldn't it be in a sealed bag or box to prevent this?) and told her to get a hair dryer or heater to dry it out. She's worried about mold so she's going to watch it for a few days and was told he'd refund her if mold starts to grow but she would be without a mattress since they took her old on the first delivery.
