While Google’s 4-star rating falls short of capturing the full extent of my satisfaction, I’d like to share my detailed thoughts:5.0 Stars: The service quality and the time dedicated were exceptional.4.3 Stars: My only concern was the lack of information about the specific products used. While I appreciate transparency, I also value cost-effectiveness.4.5 Stars: Unfortunately, there was a missed spot on my back window (please refer to the attached picture).Overall Rating: Considering all factors, I rate my experience at 4.6 stars. I prioritize pampering my aging vehicle without exceeding my budget.Despite the minor imperfections, I remain satisfied with the work done. I wholeheartedly recommend your services to my friends. Got a full detail from them and I’m so impressed. Felt like I was driving a new car again. They are so amazing. A local family owned Christian company is always a win in my book. We will definitely be back. My husband already wants to book his car. Their communication and attention to detail is amazing. I will be telling everyone. Definitely take your car here. I am beyond pleased with the quality of work done on my vehicle by the detailer. I scheduled it for the light ceramic coat and ended up also having an interior detail done as well as headlights polished out (they now look as they did when it was new). It’s perfect! And they even gave me a ride back to my home so I didn’t have to wait there. I’ll certainly be sharing my satisfaction with everyone that I know. Thank you Detail Pro’s ❤️

Excellent customer service, very friendly & easy to book appointments with. My car had extremely bad water spots & detail pros made it look brand new again. Inside & out I’m beyond satisfied with the results. I highly recommend!

Excellent and quick service. Ken and his wife Caryn put a lot of time into their business and it shows. It’s like they put a reset button on the whole vehicle, like it just came out of the dealer. Their ceramic coatings are applied beautifully as well. Don’t mess around with the rest just bring it to the best!

I hope they took before and after photos! My work truck is a 2019 f350 and it hasn't been clean since I bought it. It normally only seats 1 because of all the tools and junk in the cab. After they detailed it I'm afraid to get in! It's brand new! Grime stains on center consol - GONE. coffee splatter on the roof - GONE! I have no idea how they got to all the nooks and crannies. I haven't found any "oh but they missed under here" spots. Im Checking some crazy between the seats butt sweat areas...CLEAN! You want your car looking showroom clean, take it to detail pros. Top notch excellence! I literally had a mobile detailer do my whole car a week before and payed double and they didn't even get the stains out of my seats. Spilled ANOTHER coffee in my car and it left a sticky caramel mess! Detail Pros got every bit of it out as well as the stains the last person didn't! And I was told 1 hour and they were done in 40 mins! Can't say enough great things about this place. Fast, fair priced, and super friendly service!
