They were a cool store until they wouldn't return a pair of shorts with a broken zipper that I tried to return the next day with a receipt! I'm boycotting them now. Don't shop dd's!

Today friday june 14th. My day off work and I decide I want to relax go do some shopping for my self, a self care day. As im waiting to pay, the line was about 8 people long. Nina The “store manager” as it said on her badge, was arguing with her co-worker about $2.00 that were accidently given to a customer. This worker was being disrespected and humiliated by this so called manager in front of all the customers in line. This woman Bibi was about to cry from the way she was being talked to. Then another scene when it was my turn to pay I put my things on the counter and I heard the manager telling a different customer how the price on a small mug she wanted was not the correct one and asked if she wanted a price check. Customer said no and proceeded to pay for the reat of the items. As she left the managers word to the SPS standing at the door were” She tried to be slick by changing prices of items” accusing the customer of being a criminal. Im so dissapointed as I worked for the sister store ROSS for 3 years. We were taught customers are to be reapected and treated with gratitude for choosing our business. I Will NOT Ever go back to shop at this store. HR needs to investigate the mistreat these employees are going through…. STORE # is 5434

dd. It's me again. I hope you missed me. Because I didn't miss you. Your business poses health concerns and is a violation of free will. You know who didn't have health concerns? Toys R Us. Isn't that crazy? I think, it's a little crazy. Crazy? I was.... a little crazy once. And you know who made that better? Toys R Us. That business was a saint to all children in the nearest 7,926 miles. And what do you offer to the world? Potentially cancer says some lady. A respiratory infection. And that doesn't sound very family friendly now does it? dd. I hope you know I despise people like you dd. You cause me pain. You caused my cousin to die. From embarrassment. He looked at your establishment, if you can even call it that, and died right then and there. He had a stroke. From shame and then we got ice cream. Anyways, I don't like you dd. I want to break up. Don't contact me again. dd.also I'm taking the pool tableand please send me my pen collection this weekend bye
