Closed when supposed to be open. Won’t sell items in stock. Nobody around to help. No selection of doors to view, despite advertising as a DOOR SHOP. Terrible experience.

Ordered a custom size interior door and was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get. I checked on the order at three weeks and spoke to the person I ordered it from. He remembered me and said that they lost the order. I found another solution elsewhere but it's costing more.
