Yall need up update your hours online!!! I went only because it says you close at 4 come to find out by the security lady it closes at 2. You have a "paper" on the front door but who really looks at that!!

ATM tried to deposit a check that was for $8,640 but could only read the check as $640. What about the other $8,000??? Is the atm not used to seeing numbers that high? What kind of ghetto shit is that?

All their atms are down at 3 different locations. Its the beginning of the month and everyone needs to pay bills. Can't contact anyone. This bank sucks.

They are the only chase locally with a drive thru atm and it has been broken what seems like months. Now I came by and it's completely gone. USED to love banking with Chase!

I always have a nice experience at this location. I have not had any interactions with their bankers or other personal other than the tellers so this is about them. They always greet me with a smile and cheerful disposition. It seems I always deal with a different teller every time I come here, I don't know if they a high turnover or just a lot of cashiers. If you want to deal with a bank with friendly customer service come to Chase bank. BTW if you like to bank Saturdays be aware they will close at 2 P.M. instead of 4 P.M. starting October 2022.

Unprofessional & unhelpful. I made an appointment to create a business account and the banker I made an appointment with canceled when the day before he told me to be punctual. I arrived the day of 30 min early and upon arrival I was made to wait past my appointment time and was not helped in creating a new account. It was a complete waste of my time, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

if i could give this place 0 starts i would they are rude, never answer there phones and i've had a problem for a couple of weeks and i've called chase and they just give me false information i would not trust them and i wouldn't bank with them either there stealers

Went to cash check and Boris said they could not cash, but i could deposit and wait 2 weeks. So i declined went to check cash place too cash.Boris ruined check by stamping it before he has permission to do anything with check.Boris needs to be retrained.Don't be a victim

This bank is terrible. The poor customer service is why we are closing our account. Reading the other reviews I guess we are not the only ones experiencing such bad service. The teller asked us what we were buying with the money we took out. Is that the banks business? When we told them we were closing our account due to poor customer service they tried to upsell us into other services. What a l**** the manager there is. She never apologized to us. Wanted to charge us $8.00 to get our money in a check. We then told her to give it to us in cash. She said "I will have to order it" Order it? Why not waive the fee as a gesture and apologize? Nope. This bank branch could use some training in customer service
