I started at Lowes and after weeks of being jerked around with terrible customer service and 2 months to get carpet installed, I went local (where I should have gone in the first place). Glines was amazing - helpful, communicative, quick, and professional. From the day I walked in their door to when the carpet was done was only 6 days! Plus, they were just as affordable as the big box brands, with such a better experience. Their installer, Alfonso, worked so hard and did a beautiful job - doing a 1.5 day job in 1 day.
