I’ve just had the best perm experience at Carnes and Co. Linda was recommended by a friend and I asked for a consultation which she happily discussed with me over the phone. Her love of people was so apparent from the first conversation. I see how kindly everyone is treated at the salon. Linda answered all my questions, gave her recommendations and insight on my hair type and lifestyle needs, basically kept me very involved in the whole process. The process was so enjoyable, it’s almost therapeutic. I love the curls, trim and shape up into my new effortless look. Highly recommend Linda and all the other wonderful staff who checked in and were very amicable neighbors during the appointment.

I've been going to see Sandra for over 13 years. She's wonderful and highly recommended! The facility is always clean and well presented. Everyone there is always so nice too.

Multiple hair stylists on sight who all rent a booth. So service depends on who your hair stylist is. No walk-ins all by appointments, which is nice. Parking is good

She also wound not give me tha cut I wanted or frame my face in blonder highlights. After 5 tries, with $50 tips, I gave up.
She over charged me on the last visit and when I called to let her know how I felt and to cancel my next appointment, plus asked for the over charge back, she refused to let me pick it up at the shop, said she would send it to me.
Yeah right!
