We visited this Camping World to have them take a look at our camper’s running lights that weren’t working on left side. I was hesitant to stop there because of all the online negativity about this company, but our experience was fantastic. Peggy was charming on the phone when she made our appointment, and was just as lovely in person. Omar was super friendly and helpful with our problem, and George was so nice as he fixed our issue and got us back on the road. Great service!

Shady employees, full of B.S., they take their time fulfilling the work orders and then half-ass do the jobs...and I, honestly, feel like the jerry-rigged our RV just to try and get more work hours from us. I've had great relations with other Camping Worlds, but I wouldn't spend one red cent at the Yuba City store...nor would I put my trust in them to fix anything ever again...beware folks and go where you are appreciated ?

These folks are lower than used car salesmen. DON'T EVER BUY or have your RV serviced here. Both the Roseville and Yuba City locations will take your $ and then leave and forget you like yesterday's garbage. These folks had my RV for 6 months of the most prime time to use time. If you happen to go in and find an RV you might like, I advise to NEVER purchase the extended warranty. Unless you're excellent in lawfare, but I will still encourage you not to. Lesson learned to have a better understanding of extended warranties and RV insurance. The whole system is one big scam!

we stopped in today looking for a small trailer to have as a place to stay in while we are switching homes. life threw us an unfortunate curveball we are trying to make the best of.
kevin helped us figure out what suited us best and answered all of our questions. he also took the time to understand our situation and why we need what we needed.
we can’t make a decision until we have more info next week, but so far we have had a great experience. even if we weren’t to buy here, i have nothing but good things to say about our experience today.

3 hour and 15 minute wait for an oil change with an appointment. I was the first one there at opening. It took over two hours to get an update, which was that they just got the oil filter and were almost done.. yet took over another hour. Obviously they were taking their sweet time and do not care. Unacceptable.

Just signed up for membership and made some in-store purchases of camping gear. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, so no complaints with anything other than the poor condition of the HUGE American flag being flown there. It's starting to come apart. I'm sure a flag of this size is expensive, but if you make the choice to fly the flag, please be respectful and remove if torn or tattered. As a veteran, displaying a flag in this condition is disrespectful. Either replace the flag or remove it until a replacement is available.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with all my needs. Sales was great. I had a lot of fun while I was buying my new trailer. I shopped around a lot, and their prices are competitive, if not better than everywhere else.

Just picked up our first 5th wheel trailer from Camping World,and I must say everyone from our salesman, Gary to the finance person to the service people helping us hitch up our trailer which we have never done before they were so patient with us shout out to Jeremy. Thank you thank you for a wonderful experience.! Can’t wait to take it out
