I came her based on my coworkers recommendations. It’s her go to place. During the pedi I could see why she liked it. The lady who did my pedi was attentive and the massage was great. On the other hand the paint job on my toes wasn’t great. She started on my nails and then had to leave and passed me off to another lady. I could tell she wasn’t thrilled to take over…I got the most expensive manicure, the mask one. Not really worth it. Second lady buffed my nails and made me bleed. Unsure if it was first Lady or second lady who cut me with the nail file. Bummed to not like it as much as my coworker does….

Love my nails! Thank you Loni! My favorite place to go in yuba city! They are fairly quick at getting you in and out and have great customer service!

I've been going here for 16 years and it used to be so amazing and now I feel this place has gone down hill. I had a friend who had to get her gel nails re done 3 times with in 2 weeks because of so many problems. I really hope they start doing a better job with customer service. The lady with the bob cut, glasses and looks a little older is not recommended.Service: Manicure

The first time I went was amazing, my nails were done great. They were done beautifuly.When I cam in for a fill and a nail fix because two had fallen off, I was charged for a whole new set and they were done TERRIBLE. The woman who did my nails was NOT the same woman who did them the first time. She was a bit older and had a black bob hair style. The very next day my GEL nail polish was chipping away from my acrilic nails. There was air bubbles and my nails HURT. When I went in I specifically told them I didn't want to same lady to do them. They did NOT respect my wishes. She hurt my cuticles by pushing them back with HER OWN NAIL, didn't fix all of them, repainted the wrong color and you can see threw the BLACK nail polish and THEY ALL HAVE AIR BUBBLES STILL. The icing on the cake is that I got them done here about 7 days ago AND TWO HAVE ALREADY FALLEN OFF.I'm gonna have to go in and ask for my money back.Services: Body waxing

I have been a customer of this place for over 10 years out of a feeling of loyalty. The employees are all soooo nice! But....Today was the last day. I watched as they used and reused tools from one customer to the next without so much as wiping them down. It doesn't appear that they have cleaned in a very long time and the last several services have resulted in gummy, sticky polish that I had to redo at home because it wouldn't dry. I understand remodeling costs a lot of money but cleaning and organizing costs nothing. State Board definitely needs to pay this place a visit. Such a bummer!

The staff is very helpful with figuring a plan to get the tan you want. Its usually in and out because they have so many options to tan. The lotions are really nice but to me too expensive. I use vanicream at home and it seems to work great just doesnt have the good smell theirs has. Hope this helps

This place is very good for the price they charge. You can get a full set for 40-43 depending on disign or not. Anything extra is an additional 5. You are paying a reasonable price for the work given. The staff is not rude at all and work fast. I've never had to wait during the weekdays

I can definitely see why this salon has 2 stars. I went today to get a simple mani and pedi. I got Ken and he was rough as hell, did a 5 yr old paint job on my toes and barely cut my cuticle's on my fingers. Then they charged $61 lol but for what I'm not sure. I just moved here so I am trying to find a good salon but I have come here years Ago when visiting my mom so decided to give a try (MISTAKE)! Stay clear of this spot!!!

My husband and i went in to get manicures and pedicures. The wait wasn't too bad, about 10 minutes. i decided since it was a special occasions and we were taking off, I was going to do Gel since they are suppose to last very well. I ended up having the guy do my pedicure and manicure. It was not good. He didn't trim my nails, nor did he buff out any little ridges i had on my nails. I figured he would before he did the gel. he didn't and i asked if he would. He did one and said the rest was fine. My cuticles were in bad shape since it was months since i had a manicure Or pedicure. He spent total of maybe a few minutes on my cuticles on my feet. My service was finished way before my husband (they started us at the same time) and he didn't get polish. I did not get the service i paid for. It wasn't cheap, $45 for the pedicure and $45 for the manicure. The manicure was the same way, i attempted to say something a couple of times but he never responded to me as thought he didn't hear me and kept rushing on my nails. He was rough, sloppy and snappy. i showed him the dent and bump in my polish and he didn't do anything about it. At this point i just wanted to leave. To make everything worse, my gel polish began lifting two days after the service. I took a close look at the polish and he did a horrible job. The sides weren't polished on some of my nails, there was gel polish on my skin on some of my fingers. It's now been 8 days and on each nail (not an exaggeratio) the gel polish is lifting about half way. My hair is getting stuck when I wash it. We are on vacation so i have been using clear polish on my nails between the nail bed and polish and laying the gel polish back down, trying to salvage them until i get home to take the polish off. I will never go back, you should get quality when paying such a high price. For both the pedicure and manicure (done one after the other) we were in there maybe an hour. He was all about rushing me in and out and not caring about what a crappy and fast job he did. Please think twice about going there.
