“I had such an amazing experience overall while shopping for my dress at Always Elegant Bridal! I scheduled my appointment online and was followed up with by Delilah, who I spoke with over the phone to confirm all of my details. She was super sweet and so enthusiastic and made me really excited about what was to come. She certainly did not let me down because when we arrived we were instantly greeted and I got to meet my stylist Cheyenne! I cannot rave enough about how amazing Cheyenne was. I was pretty nervous because I am a plus size bride and remember having some pretty bad experiences looking for dresses for events in high school, but Cheyenne made me feel so confident and comfortable right away. Not only did she put me at ease, but she and my bridesmaids all had FUN with the try on! I felt like we were able to be silly and goofy and it made the overall experience a blast. I left wanting to be friends with her!
On top of the excellent customer service, I feel like she really paid attention to my sense of style and that I had plenty of dress options to choose from which allowed me to say yes to the dress!

“Tuxedo Den was AMAZING !! We went for our wedding to pick out a rental for the groom and groomsmen and let me tell you it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowed me to ask all the questions I needed and also gave advice on certain elements to make the event more the vibe I was going for which was Formal. We ended up renting 6 suits from this company and they turned out amazing. The entire rental comes with everything you need for that day including socks and cuff links. The pick up process was extremely easy as well, just walk in and there is a bag with your name attached ready for you whenever you there. I also don't know if this is common knowledge but there is a deal if you purchase enough rentals one becomes free ! The total ended up being very reasonable with the purchase of 5 suits, it was less then what you would get anywhere else and we tried different places before we settled on Tuxedo Den. I would 100% recommend coming here for your rentals for your wedding or any other event!”
