“I had vandalism happen to my car at work and I took it to Caliber Collision on Market Street in Yuba City for estimate and repair. The whole process was very easy and stress free!

Fabian the tech took care of us the minute we walked in the door. Advised us what would be needed, the duration of the repair -and then gave us a ride home when we dropped the car off.
We got a rental and then when my car was ready I was able to just leave the rental car at Caliber and they coordinated the pick up with Enterprise. Took the hassle off me to not have to spend time returning the rental car.

Their waiting lobby is clean and welcoming. They even have fresh popcorn popped for their guests!

Fabian kept me updated daily on where my car was in the repair process. I never had to call them to ask!

“My car was hit on the bumper in a parking lot. It wasn't seriously damaged, but Rocky at Miracle, explained that a sensor in the bumper could be damaged, the one that beeps when someone walks behind. I had been undecided between taking a check from the insurance company or getting it repaired. I went with the repair and I am glad I did. The car looks just beautiful and it is safer as well. “Had a minor accident which resulted in more repairs than expected (isn't that always the way?) Anyway, asked my mechanic for a referral and he said he used A-1, so I drove there. I mean, if your mechanic uses them.....!!! They were so very polite and understanding. Had to order the parts, a couple of which were on backorder (again, ITATW?) but since the car was driveable, no big. Was told it'd be ten biz days to repair. It actually took an extra 1 1/2 days, due to finding additional damage once they started the work (ITATW!) There was a problem with the insurance sending them payment, but that was also finally resolved. The car runs and looks like new--it's ten years old! They even washed it (when I picked it up it was raining!!) and cleaned the inside. I can't recommend them highly enough. Polite, thoughtful, considerate people.”

“Very courteous, friendly staff who made the process more efficient and less stressful or intimidating. The windshield replacement was said to take about 2 hours and it was completed a few minutes early. Although I was told to arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment, I ran 1-2 min late due to an errand and was glad it wasn't too big of an issue. The lady who helped with the checkout process was also very accommodating regarding a discount that couldn't be applied when making the appointment online. She applied it in-person and I appreciated her patience and positive attitude. The gentlemen who also worked on the car and had me check in were also very friendly and so far, they did a great job on the windshield replacement and windshield wipers. However, they didn't run me through the do's and don'ts after the replacement...”
