Best Western Yuba City Inn offers a reasonably priced and convenient place to stay. Guests find the rooms to be very clean, with a nice aroma upon entry and comfortable beds, although some note the mattresses are old and may need updating. The rooms are generally small but spacious enough for a night's stay, and the property is kept clean. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and provides good service. Breakfast is decent with options like cheese omelettes, sausage, spicy home fries, and waffles, offering better-than-average fare for a hotel breakfast. The location is great, close to restaurants, stores, and gas stations, making it a convenient choice. Unique features include resident chickens, roosters, and baby chicks, which some guests find charming, though others might find the roosters noisy early in the morning. Overall, the inn provides a quiet stay with friendly service and basic amenities, suitable for travelers looking for an affordable option in the area.
This location is great, the employees are all friendly, and breakfast was delicious. Best priced hotel in town for all the amenities they have to offer. Just don't forget that you are in Yuba City and you are going to hear chickens and roosters.

This worst things about this hotel is something they have no control over. Yuba City has a feral chicken population. These non-domesticated yard birds crow before sun up to after sun set. Expect your rest to be interrupted by the crowing of rooster.

rooms were fine but keep in mind there is a rooster that lives in the houses behind the rooms that will crow from 5 AM all day until the sun goes down. So if you dont mind waking up at 5AM then its no issue.
