Was in Yuba City for the day. Came by this place, nothing to brag about. I should have waited to have my mani & pedi at my hometown salon. Very poorly done, this place charged $8 more for callouses just to tell me how you like smooth feet? My hometown salon uses a foot pumice. it's nothing extra, I waited in the chair til the water was cold, and in 30 minutes, I was done with both. The workmanship is sloppy, and my nail polish was all over. I know I did the basic, I thought included some type of clean up when they done. I'm glad I didn't get a better package, money wasted. Stay away from this place. I wish the pictures showed more detail.

I made an appointment on Thursday for a haircut at 1030 with Tracy on Saturday. I showed up 10 minutes early just in case she wanted to take me early. I was sitting in the store for 30 minutes before I walked out. What's the point of making an appointment if it isn't going to start on time? I won't be coming back due to the inconvenience

After returning to the Y/S area after being away for 3 years, my sister and I went here for pedicures. My technician didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing, had to confer was others in what to do with a split nail on my toe. Another person added an acrylic overlay, then she completed the pedicure. After getting home, I noticed a bump on that toe. The next day, I returned and they corrected the issue without hesitation. I did receive a follow up text the day of, which I only gave a neutral response. A follow up text instructed me to come back in and talk with the manager. I appreciated that response. From my last visit, 3 years ago, they have updated the area, new chairs, individual filters, to name a few. If I return, will be more selective on who I have complete my services.

Terrible nails Why didn't I read these reviews! My poor nail is bleeding. My nails are all different shapes and sizes. It is absolutely horrific there is fuzz in every nail that was painted She was super super rough and it hurt my nails so bad She kept digging her nail into my skin pulling my skin back. It hurts so bad! The nails are so crooked. Never ever ever again. I honestly didn't even wanna pay because of how bad they were and what a waste of money. But I don't like to make a fuss. That's why I decided to just post a review because it was so bad and the bathroom smelled like someone took a poop inside of the garbage can was so bad I was gagging.

This place is terrible. The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I took my client here to get her nails done and she would’ve been better off if I did them for her myself. We asked for a manicure with get polish. All the lady did was put polish on very sloppy. She didn’t clean up her nails or shape them or use cuticle oil or anything. My client had polish on her skin and it looked like a child had painted them. I felt so bad taking my client here only for her nails to look like that. The lady was very unfriendly too. Awful customer service. And it smelled horrible inside like a sewer. I’ve never been in a nail salon that smelled like that. We were the only people in there too. Now I know why. Do not come here and waste your money!!!

I was fairly disappointed during this visit with Nancy - I was pleading with her to be gentle on my toes and and that I wanted to keep my toe nails long. She cut my nails extremely short and cut me so far down and pulled my nail from meat. I've never experienced someone who was so so rough careless. My intentions were to rest while getting my nails done and I was on the verge of tears after. The staff I communicated with was as insensitive as it gets for me - I told the girl at the front desk who understood me that "she obliterated my toe.. she literally ruined my toe so bad that it's painful to walk right now!" No one corrects the techs when they do such damage. I'll never get my feet done again because of incidents like this. Do better!

Our go to place in town for years now. Always clean and regularly upgrades facilities. Staff are wonderful, hard workers. Best to call ahead especially for a group.

I went there today to get just a standard pedicure. When I walked in, I asked if it was a long wait, and the guy said no, to go sit in chair number eight. I waited patiently, 15 minutes later another woman walked in and got seated in a chair across from me. My feet still were not in any water, I had no communication from any of the attendants. The lady who just walked in and got seated, had her feet in water instantly, and then the attendant went right to her. I felt invisible. I got up and left, let the guy know I was very unhappy. I will never go back.

Don’t go here. My cuticle is bleeding, the woman was in a huge rush despite the place being empty, she didn’t shape either my nail bed or my nails themselves, I didn’t feel comfortable making color selections because they don’t seem to want me to look at the colors on the wall… I wish I’d read the other reviews beforehand- I would have gone to VN which I think is in the same parking complex.Update: I raised my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because after we left, my boyfriend told me that he thinks this was one of the best pedicures he’s ever received. Maybe the service depends on the technician?

This was the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had! I’m pretty easy going so I have sat through some uncomfortable moments. But this was the worst treatment I’ve ever had! At one point I yelled out in pain. After all this, at least the result might be worth the suffering… Not a chance! My feet look like nothing was done and my nails, well the paint could have been applied better by a 3 year old!It was so hard to pay, I would stay as far away from this place as you possibly could!Oh and the slippers were not offered, oh no, I had to refer to them, they would have sent me out barefooted!Service: Pedicure

I’m so disappointed in how my nail’s turned out the shape of the nails are not identical, she cut me and tried saying it was my fault, and got nail polish on my fingers. The price didn’t match the performance at all I’m never coming back.Service: Acrylic nails

Do not go to the guy. I didn’t notice until I got home, but 2 of my fingers are wonky and check out my cuticle beds. They are currently ON FIRE! They are so red and hurting. The girl I have gone to was not in today, the girls are much better.Update: 2 days later and scabs have began to form around my cuticle beds. I believe I have chemical burns, from sticking my hands in polish remover, instead of each finer being wrapped in tin with cotton swabs! This so so unacceptable!!Services: Dip powder

Went in to get my nails done and asked for my nails not to be thin the lady paid no attention to me and started to sand down she also not careful she sanded my cuticles skin so when I went to work i noticed my where not good so I called back and instead of saying well come back I will fix she wanted to charge me another 30.00 so the next day I went to my old nail salon and got my nails fixed for free this is not a good placeService: Gel manicures
