My mom went in to get her phone screen fixed and they literally broke her phone and did not take responsibility for it they denied her claim instead of canceling the claim. Worst place ever.
It was a samasung phone which ur supposed to were static gloves and the chick didn't even wear any. If I was any of u I wouldn't go there at all. Completely disgusting

Buyer Beware. I tried to take my wife's broken phone here to get the screen fixed. The old man with the huge baldspot insisted on having the password and going through the phone even though the tech wouldn't be in till later. Took the phone back and left.This place does not respect your privacy.

Their establishment and staff were so experienced and professional. So check this out, I went to Batteries Plus to have them check on my iPhone 13 mini's charging port because I could not charge my phone. I took it to them. Within 2-3 minutes they fixed the issue with my phone. I was so happy and grateful. They fixed it on the house since it was my first time there. Thank you so much. You made my day go a lot more easier. I highly recommend their establishment to you. A+++++
