If you are looking for a particular size, good luck. They have the clothes organized by color with all the sizes mixed in together in no particular order. The staff was very nice. When we eent on a Sunday, it looked pretty trashed.

You all are getting soooo greedy. You get the stuff you sell DONATED. That means you get a 100% profit from your sales. My husband and I have noticed your prices have more than doubled the last few months. So when 50% Mondays and Thursdays come around, you aren't getting an actual deal. Case in point, we went in there yesterday (monday 1-29-24), looking for a blender. WE WERE SHOCKED. For a USED plastic blender, they had a whopping $39.99 on it. Like what? That's still $20 for a used blender. Went home and looked up the same blender, it was $30 NEW on Amazon! The dishes they sell? Laughable. Most were priced $40 and up for their sets. You can get a brand new set at Walmart, Marshall's or Ross for that price or cheaper. Plus. I just read a review where the manager went off on an elderly, disabled lady and told her she could spend her money else where? Well, then my family and I can too. We used to be in there all the time. We won't anymore. Your prices have gone way too high and your customer service has gone way too low. Take it from someone who has lived their ENTIRE life here, this town is a dead zone for thrift stores. Not enough people and you are in competition with other thrift stores. Goodwill. Salvation Army. Walmart. And the outlet stores (Ross, DDs, Marshalls.) I have seen thrift stores in this area ONE RIGHT AFTER THE OTHER go out of business for less. And if you all keep going the way you are going, that's what will happen to your store.

Love all the daily deals, the place is kept fairly clean. The only down side is they usually only have one register open so it takes a bit to pay and leave

I loved this thrift store but I have changed my love to sorrow they have gotten a little bit higher on products and not as friendly as they ounce was here.I purchased a air mattress bed for 80.00 dollars get home with it pulled it out of the box had a whole in the middle of the mattress 3 foot in the middle of it tried to return it the next day they denied my return telling me I should have checked it out before I purchased it.Not good business practice.Pretty much I won't return shopping there if you had similar situations call the consumer affairs practice and make a complaint thank you for reaching my own deepest regrets about this establishment

For their Sunday discount you gotta spend $20 in order to get 75% on Sunday. Not specified on their board with the deal, just wanna make sure it's known to others though ! ?

Good luck donating. Most days they turn you away even if you call multiple days in a row confirming they are taking donations. Also, they will deny the stuff you call about. The people working the phones are rude and dismissive as well. Have fun.

This place can definitely do better. Way too expensive for a secondhand store. For books and electronics it is cheaper to go across the street to the Goodwill.

I love this place. I come a few times a week and I always find good things brand name clothes furniture and home decor for my apartment. It’s very reasonable when you go on Monday and Thursday for 50 percent off day.

If you’re looking for bad customer service come here. If you’re looking for high mark ups on a bunch of donated items, come here. The two are both very much out in the open. No one who works here is friendly not even as much as a simple hello. Also, the prices are horrible! They do have certain discounts on colored tags or a general sale on select days of the week. However, you should never have a TV in a thrift store that is old with a price tag of $200 on it or a Victrola record player for $80 when you can buy it brand new for a couple of bucks more. Seriously, the selection here is very poor. It is clear that they are looking up prices of items in the back that is very obvious from what they put out on display, and with the prices attached to them. I wouldn’t be surprised if they actually kept the better items in the back for themselves. Save your time, and save your money, go elsewhere. Also, no card transactions under five dollars as well has no change for hundreds (if you carry cash).

I personally thought they had really decent merchandise for a thrift . I was in there for hours and didn't even realize it. Had I brought more cash I'd have purchased more. So staff, music, prices **** why not.
