rajwinder bassi in the lobby is so rude and unhelpful she'll tell you she can't help u for a week without even attempting to help when the lobby is empty.

Took my daughter here to open a "student" checking account. The gal had us upen a checking account and a savings account. Now we get a notice about possible fees. Turns out she didn't signed us up for an "advantage" account, not a student account. So... now we have to jump through hoops to get this made right. BTW... my intuition turned out to be correct. It didn't seem like she was listening to our needs.

I went to apply for a small business loan with BOA at the Yuba city branch the Friday before labor day. The banker blindsided me and made it appear that the process would take just a few minutes-only to be told after he had collected all my business information that they would get back to me after labor day holiday. I got an email to say the loan was approved 4 days later but I had to wait for the Approval letter to take to the dealership after signing more documents. 7 days into the waiting, I can not get hold of anyone of the loan officers just on hold for hours. They ran my credit, approved the loan BUT won't release the loan? Its an auto loan-it should NOT take a week to process!! I could have walked into any dealership and got a business auto loan in minutes. Greatly Diasappointed Customer.

Needed small bill cash that I could not get at the Versatel. There were 25 people in line and only 3 tellers open. Half way through the line, a teller left. I waited in that line for almost one hour!! Shame on you B of A. The only other BofA locally is closed due to covid. You would hope that would indicate to this BofA to have more tellers on hand.

My husband had an account with this bank, reason why I said "Had" is cuz my husband died of stage 4 cancer and he couldn't get the strength to get to his bank and get his money out so we can pay for his arrangements at the mortuary, I ended up paying for it, I went and took my paperwork (working copy of my husband death certificate since this shutdown unable to get original copy) and I have my marriage certificate and my identification, deed to my home with both names on it, anyways they made me an appointment and at the appointment they refused to let me close my husband account and get his money out! My husband was on social security and they tried telling me that SSI is going to keep his money, BS! I know they want to keep his money, then they tried telling me that they are going to mail me a condolence letter with paperwork that needs to be filled out and have it stamped by notary, they made me feel like I was stupid, stating I don't know how to fill this paperwork out, I showed them my badge from the county, I know how to fill it out or ask my friends from the county! So this being said. Seniors get taken advantage of from this bank! I will file a complaint against them, they cost me my wage salary for nothing and caused me more grief and while they wait to keep my dead husband money, I'm left with unpaid bills and in debt! I highly recommend "Chase" my mother and stepdad had the same issues as well

My mom banks with bank of America in Jackson calif 95642 she put my cheack that I wrote to her for240.00. In the atm at that branch so now they can't find it wow I am very Glade I don't bank with you it's been now going on 3weaks all you have to due is cheack the dam atm at that branch I want that cheack back thats mine OMG I just can't believe you guys don't care just like Wells Fargo.

Being a Branch Manager of a Bank, I was extremely disappointed with my overall experience at this location. To have only one teller on the line with at least 9 people in line and not having anyone acknowledging us was an issue for me. Also you could hear people behind the teller line talking about food and laughing instead of caring about helping out their clients. Then to top it off, once it was my turn, the teller didn't say hi, how was your day, thank you for waiting, nothing ... it was very awkward. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location but today was beyond frustrating which prompted me to write this note. If this was happening at my office I would definitely want it to be brought to my attention.

What is wrong with this bank? Standing in line with 9 people in front of me and two tellers open. There are spots for 8. Plus it's like this every time! Oh and I just looked up and there's 7 people behind me! Marysville isn't like this and after I'll go over to Schools Financial and there will be 4 tellers and I'll walk right up!

A big bank with 8 teller windows, there is always a line at most 3 tellers most of the time 2 ...plenty of other employees sitting at desks ignoring the line. Looks like most people in Yuba City do not know how to do online banking and this branch doesn't give a crap.
