Walked in for a trim because I’ve been putting it off for months now! And asked for 1 inch cut the lady proceeded to cut about 3 inches and leave me with choppy layers that don’t fit into a ponytail. Will not be coming back and am beyond disappointed to say the least.

Was in Yuba City for the day. Came by this place, nothing to brag about. I should have waited to have my mani & pedi at my hometown salon. Very poorly done, this place charged $8 more for callouses just to tell me how you like smooth feet? My hometown salon uses a foot pumice. it's nothing extra, I waited in the chair til the water was cold, and in 30 minutes, I was done with both. The workmanship is sloppy, and my nail polish was all over. I know I did the basic, I thought included some type of clean up when they done. I'm glad I didn't get a better package, money wasted. Stay away from this place. I wish the pictures showed more detail.
Update: since getting my nails done here by James I should mention, he trimmed them so short my nails look dirty, I'm so embarrassed especially when family tell me my fingernails look dirty. I don't know why he trimmed them so short.

The owner kept forcing me to do the 45 dollar payment when I chose 35$ also kept asking who did my nails and giggling I felt uncomfortable do not recommend this place

If I could give zero stars I would. An older lady did my pedicure and kept putting so much nail polish on it was clumping and wouldn't dry even with the gel. I then had to ask her to fix the nail polish to which then she acknowledged that it looked really bad. At this point she took it all off and had me pick a new color. She couldn't get the color off my toes. At this point I've been here for over an hour. I couldn't stay any longer since I had somewhere I needed to be. She proceeded to charge me full price except the "polish" charge. My toes look way worse now. Left with no polish and a crappy pedicure. Would not recommend and will never be back.

I love Ballazio. Tina is the best ! She not only does a wonderful job she is so sweet and friendly
Cleanliness: Shop is always clean and they are always upgrading and making sure chairs are new !

My 1st visit there and definitely won't be my last. The place is very clean, the staff is wonderful. Everyone friendly and kind. I got an upgraded pedicure and was worth every penny. My gal took extra time and detail to my calves which are swollen with a medical problem. I really liked that the place wasn't overly loud even though they were busy. I recommend this place highly. Maybe next time I'll get my nails done too.

We scheduled appointments the night before. (2 adults, one preteen, and one child) When we walked in 15 minutes, the owner graciously met us and immediately directed us to chairs. All of the technicians were so lovely to us and my grandchildren (especially the one who had the “I ask a million questions “ grandchild. I highly recommend this business.

I brought my daughters and mom here for pedicures and the girls got basic manicures. We are so happy with our nails! Our nail techs were amazing and so patient. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for a great experience.

she was rude and never asked me what length I wanted and gave me “OLD LADY NAILS”. She asked if I wanted a flower and put this GOD AWUL UGLY design on. After I explained I would have my pedicure another day, she proceeded to speak in her language to the gentleman next to her. Who knows what insulting comments were coming out her mouth! VERY RUDE INDEED!! Bad experience! And my nails look hideous!!!

This place is amazing. Everyone here is patient, helpful, and friendly. I got seated at number 6 with Jennie who's really helpful and generous. I like how she massage my feet gently. It's was amazing vibe and amazing experience. I'll Definitely come back here and recommended everyone give it a try and check it out.

They have 5 different types of pedicures. I took my friend here for a pedicure and he said really enjoyed the Golden Pedicure. Good quality products were used. The environment here is definitely chill and relaxing . They also updated the new pedicure chair and the other chairs.
