Rudest people EVER! Rolled in at dusk with a headlight out and they refused to help put it in and the mean old man was so rude and just plain disrespectful when I asked because I had kids in the car and didn't want to drive home without a headlight. He gave an excuse that "there's only two staff," and it's against their store policy in the dark, when the truth was they just didn't want to help me because they're unhelpful. I went straight to O'Reillys and they did it for me no problem and the headlight was cheaper too. I will never go in this store again. Terrible experience.

Called store in Yuba City for a part for car. Was told they had 1 in stock,I asked them to hold it for me, she said ok. Went to store 2 hrs later. It wasn't at counter, she said she hadn't had time to bring it up. She went back to get it. After 10min. of waiting she comes back and said they don't have one after telling me 2hrs before they did. What a waste of time.

I usually come here and never had and issue, but today 10/25/23 I came in and had and issue with your employee Oscar Ramos (with the stained front teeth) . Who was very rude and escalated a situation out of hand instead of walking way and letting someone els handle the issue. Your employee was very rude and arrogant and refused to listen to the issue with my purchased product. I asked your employee to remove himself from the argument and he declined multiple times. After I told him he had horrible customer service he stated I had a horrible attitude, (my attitude was based on his demeanor and the situation he had created) he got into a very arrogant attitude.Even after we was asked again by another employee to remove himself and I had another employee step in to help me with my issue your employee Oscar did not want to remove him self from the situation and became very rude and and kept making comments and kept making the situation worst. He also told me he would be covering for 2 months at the store so I’m welcome to stay away if I don’t wanna see him since he’s helping with coverage. This is the type of employee you have helping with coverage from your Colusa store at your YUBA CITY LOCATION.Thank you for the girl that was there who originally did my order because she solved the problem the same way they had before by swapping the incorrect item in the box. All your arrogance wasn’t needed Oscar because she did exactly everything I had asked you to do and you refused to do. SHE HAS THE SERVICE STANDARDS SHE SOLVED THE ISSUE THE SAME WAY YOU COULD HAVE BUT DIDN’T GREAT JOB.

I would like to thank jaymi Ramirez a true and very nice and respectful an understanding with a lot of knowledge and help me with my windshield wipers when I could not seem to figure it out keep up the good work jaymi Ramirez because of you I'm going to be making yuba city AutoZone my number one go to place I hope they keep people like you for ever you make it a wonderful place to get the right part at the right place

Jaime Ramirez took very good care of me when the rude manager got me the wrong part I don't know he was a black guy in a gray shirt and he was the nicest guy in the world on the phone or in person. Jaime , on the other hand was the exact opposite. I think you got the shirt on the wrong guy.

Had an amazing experience at AutoZone! There was one Zone Expert who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name but when I figure it out I will edit my review.

ZANDER in YC off stabler was amazing and so helpful. Zander installed my battery and my wiper blades. Informed me all about my new items and was great conversation!
