“Stopped in during a busy time of day, but they're doing s lot of things we'll. 1. Security guard welcoming folks in and opening doors. It's small things like this that make banks more humane. 2. Love the mural on the wall, Wells clearly has its roots planted in Yuba city, and this mural is evident of the investment they've made to support local business and culture. 3. Young lady came over to ask if I needed help, and assisted another customer making a deposit. I don't bank here, but if I lived local, I'd give them my business. Corporations like Wells Fargo are known for allowing corporate culture to flow down from the top, then using this blueprint across the nations without paying attention to the local community. Wells Fargo should take a closer look, and have this branch serve as an example for others to follow. Spoke to the business relationship banker, turned this 4 star review into a 5!”

“I get it’s the only one in the area but it’s the same in Sacramento, They are few and far between, after saying that this one in YC is actually one of the best I’ve used in a long while! The lines are nolonger than any other bank and the employees have never been more than helpful, kind and hard workers!!”

“Today Nancy Velasquez assisted me in opening a savings account. I came in practically at closing because that's as soon as I can get to the bank after work and she stayed late to assist me, which is definitely going the extra mile. She was so professional, kind, personable, thorough and informative. I learned so much about savings accounts, the checking account I've had for a couple years and cool features on the chase mobile app i didn't know about! It's important when it comes to your finances to be informed and she definitely made sure i was and was aware of all my options. I've been wanting to open a savings for a while just haven't had time so her staying and helping me was extremely appreciated. Chase she's a keeper! I'll be referring people to her definitely!”

“Randomly came here to get my Smog done last minute on my brother's Honda Accord since he's out of town on a business trip. And kid you not, I had the best experience here. Was in and out in less than 10minutes, and I was the only walk-in customer that came in without any appointments. Pros: -Friendly Staff (family owned business) -Price is quoted on the wall. Cons: -None. Besides no free Wifi. My cell service is apparently weak in here when I was waiting. If you fail smog test, that is not the responsibility of the business owners that failed you. It's more so that your car needs further service/maintenance in order to pass Smog which will definitely cost extra above the Smog Test Service. If you need to re-do again, it'll be half off the Smog Test to see if you will pass the second time within a 30-day period prior your first day service. Now the question is, will I be back? Most definitely, and will prolly check out their new location at Tazz Auto Car Smog for my next Smog Test.”
