I ordered a replacement for my medical device (equipment) last November 2023 and it only get delivered two days ago or after almost 2 months. And it only gets delivered after several phone calls (including transfer calls to this location).When I used to live in Sacramento, this very long delay in delivery never happened. Hence, this bad write up is specific to this Yuba City location. Yuba City location, you need to do better, in fact, much better.And this is honest and unbiased review!

My orders get messed up and I don’t receive them in the timeframe given. I also got a new BiPAP. However, my Sleep Medicine physician was unable to view my data. Instead, he’d get a message essentially saying my machine didn’t exist. So, for the last 2+ weeks he and his staff and I have been trying to get in touch with someone who will help only to receive the run-around. In fact, one employee did more harm than good. But instead of apologizing, she made excuses for her actions. My O2 dips with any and every activity, so it’s imperative my physician can see my data in order to rule out my apnea as a cause. I’m to the point where I may just report them to DMHC and try to convince Kaiser to use another DME provider.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. From the lady who answers the phones to the therapists who made recommendations have all been extremely friendly. Not only friendly go above and beyond to help me. Amy helped me find the right CPAP mask.

OMG!! Spend 30 minutes on phone with cs rep. Mostly on hold! My father is 300lbs. The Dr ordered a transfer pole. I received the pole. No the driver didn't set it up. I read the box. It said up to 300lbs. So I called apria to insure my fathers safety. I asked the cs rep if it was going to be safe for my dad. Puts me on hold for 10 minutes... presumably to ask someone...comes back on the line and tells me I should be receiving the package today. So I repeat the question to him. He puts me on hold for another 5 minutes. Comes back and says it's for up to 300lbs. I told him I already knew that..that was why I was calling. Totally useless!! So frustrated!!!

Worst place ever! Do not order supplies from this place. I made an order a MONTH ago and have called customer service THREE times only for them to tell me they are escalating the order and someone will call. Nobody ever calls. Then they have the nerve to ask me for card information when they have no clue how much they will be charging on it and say it is not their fault I have not received my crutches.If I could give them a -100 stars I would. Be warned to not go to this place.

It amazes me this company is so big and still in business. We have had nothing but billing issues since we started dealing with these people. Beware of the integrity of their employees! Take notes about everything and quickly follow up with any issues. Better yet, go somewhere else.
