Normally is a great store to shop at, we come here all the time. Last time we came and bought a good amount of clothes, the employee didn’t take off the security tags. We had to go back fo be treated like thieves over an employees mistakes? Wild. Yall need to do better. Your employees mess up, YOU are responsible. Not ME.

When i went inside I was helped by a guy with a septum. He was really helpful because I was returning a few items for exchange. The process was quick and he complimented me on what polos would look good on me. I decided to buy 2. If he still works there I might just ask him to serve next time.

Had a great experience here this evening, went in about 15 minutes before they closed and everyone was so nice. The store was clean and easy to navigate and I was told about all of the different sales happening. I made sure to ask the name of the cashier because she was just so nice and made the visit very comfortable. Thanks for the help Tatiana!

I was greeted when I walked in, with a smile and offer to help me. The e store was neat, clean and service was excellent. The assistant manager and manager (Cole) were amazing. If I was out recruiting these two would have for sure been my pick. Excellent job to the team . If your in the market for some excellent service and some great fitting jeans this is the place

I went to areopostale earlier today at the Yuba Sutter mall .two staff came up to said what are you doing here ? They weren't wearing facemask.being rude and snobby to me .I answer them looking for plus size clothes they said they carry only xlarge and they told look at their shoes. they should get fired for being rude to me and not wearing a facemask .I used to go shopping at this areopostale.i didn't used to have problems until today .I will never go back there again even if I lose weight still not going back .

Literally every store store in the mall with a line will bring things out for online pickup--except Aeropostale!! How safe & convenient to wait 30 min in line line with a bunch of other people then have to go to the back of the store and wait in another line, just to pick up one online item! What a joke!! Get it together, people! Every other store has! Update: one hour to pick up one little item that was already bought and paid for! Ridiculous !

Super awesome cashier named Anastasia was really helpful and SO sweet. She was very patient and helped me get my email signed up. Also the store is super clean and the employees aren't super pushy.
