This has got to be the absolute most horrendous customer service experience I have ever had! I have had trouble with this agent Jessica Roias previously , she is unnecessarily unprovokedly rude for no reason and that time I had left it. Again today I went in to translate for my mother who was present and is the account holder. From from the second I came in Jessica already had an attitude and took any opportunity to raise her voice at me or be sarcastic to which I responded saying I was nice to her last time but will not be dealing with this today and if there is any other agent I may speak to in which she responded by getting up off her chair waiving her hands everywhere like a maniac and mocking my voice saying NO THERE IS NOBODY ELSE HERE YOU CAN SPEAK TO. After this I started recording audio where I have Jessica yelling at me for 4 minutes straight, acting like a child having a tantrum, and refusing to help me telling me to go call the hot line to which i had told her I already called 3 times and didn’t get a hold of. I would like to speak to a higher manager or corporate to where I could send this audio to further investigate her behavior which is absolutely not okay and extremely childish. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and unhelpful she was. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and does something about it. They are always helpful and nice when I have came in or called. I recently bought a new car in June and Susan was so helpful. I didnt make it 100% easy for her but she made it work. So thankful for the kindness and willing to help when asked.

Went in today and was helped by Susan! I felt so welcomed as she was super nice and helpful. I am super happy I went there b/c I am now paying 1/3 of what I used to pay for insurance else where. Definitely recommend!!

Love the girls there, Everytime I went in to make payments they were always nice. Now that I make payments over the phone I love the fact that I get a call a few days before just for a reminder about my payment. I would always be late if it wasn't for these calls. Thank you so much acceptance insurance!

Beware, this company adds unnecessary "broker fees" to your premium. This is just a greedy add on. These are not required by the CA DOI, and not charged by real honest brokers like Rose Insurance. Don't let them take advantage of you, they overcharge to put money in their greedy pockets.
