Had a minor accident which resulted in more repairs than expected (isn't that always the way?) Anyway, asked my mechanic for a referral and he said he used A-1, so I drove there. I mean, if your mechanic uses them.....!!! They were so very polite and understanding. Had to order the parts, a couple of which were on backorder (again, ITATW?) but since the car was driveable, no big. Was told it'd be ten biz days to repair. It actually took an extra 1 1/2 days, due to finding additional damage once they started the work (ITATW!) There was a problem with the insurance sending them payment, but that was also finally resolved. The car runs and looks like new--it's ten years old! They even washed it (when I picked it up it was raining!!) and cleaned the inside. I can't recommend them highly enough. Polite, thoughtful, considerate people.

Lisa at A1 Body Shop has gone above and beyond to assist with my needs after a vehicle accident. From arranging a rental, speaking with Insurance agents for both parties involved and making sure the process flows smoothly and timely. Had A-1 repaint the hood and top of the cab on my F150. I can see why all their ratings are 5 stars. After getting quotes at 3 other shops I talked to Tim and was impressed with the price and that he seemed to willing to do the extra work needed so that my truck wouldn't look like a repaint - he told me that along with the hood and top of the cab they would also paint the tops of the fenders and doors. Hadn't hear that anywhere else. I picked up the truck yesterday - it's 16 years old and now it looks brand new. They even replaced the high-mount brake light on the back of the cab after they discovered the rubber seal was shot and some funky wiring. Tim, Lisa and the other guy in the office (sorry, didn't catch your name) are a real pleasure to deal with. If I ever need any other body work done I know where to go. They are A-1.

Took car to A-1 and they took me home. Then when car was fixed they picked me up. Car was fixed two days sooner than promised. And car was cleaned! Everyone was polite and very nice, even the dog.

Very good costumer service always kind and pleasant and even if it takes a bit more time to fix ur vehicle it’s only because they value doing a good work and are very busy due to being reliable and popular for their work I would give more stars if it were possible
