BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased 3 bottles of an EH Taylor Small Batch and 3 Old Fitzgerald 17YO BiB in January of 2024. I had them shipped to a friend in Redondo Beach. The box arrived on time, so far so good. I picked up the package in early April when I next visited California. Here is where the problems started. Upon opening the box, the 3 Taylors were present but only 2 of the Old Fitzgeralds. I called Ken at Yreka, one of the owners, and informed him of the shortage. He insisted they shipped correctly and would send a packing video to confirm. The video never arrived and all communication has ceased. Yreka has essentially charged me $600 for a bottle they did not deliver and refuse to make good on the deficiency.

I was overcharged here and I’m from out of town. Tried to get my $40 back for weeks, only to be told a SUPERVISOR would get back to me. THE SUPERVISOR NEVER DID….NEVER GOT MY $$ back and got hung up on. SUPER AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just purchased Clase Azul tequila from them and received open sealed bottle.. bottle was all scratched and creaky been used and most likely he refilled bottle with some cheap tequila.. owner asked for pics which i immediately texted him.. he stop responding afterward.. wish i read his previous review clearly dude is a scam artist.. stay away save yourself a head ache..

These guys posted a 1.5l bottle of Glennfiddich 23 cuvee cask for 59.99. Of course I put it in my cart, and put the order through. The very next evening. I got a message that my order had been modified. I check the order and the price of the 1.5L had been changed to 599.99, my card had been charged, then an updated charge showed a 750ml bottle in the cart for 299.99. Upon calling I spoke to a guy who claimed he was the owner "ken." who said he could give me a discount and sell it for 249.99. Shooting my credit card charge from 204.06(i had another item on the order) to 473.43 When I told him I wanted the order fixed, he told me he canceled the full order. This is a classic Bait and switch. I Would advise steering clear from these guys. I will be filing a formal complaint with BBB in the morning.

Called for a specific bottle of whiskey, he said they haven't but told me he couldn't give me a price because it's allocated. I told him I was 4 hours away and he just hung up.
