I love Victoria, Brian, Christina & everyone else who works at this Pharmacy! No matter what's going on I can depend on them to make my pharmacy experience ?% GREAT! Sure there are problems but usually it's my Docs office that has made an error and Victoria always figures out what's wrong. Their always busy but hold tight for they will get to everyone even if it means their lunches or going home is delayed.

Most pathetic service I have ever encountered. I tried for a week to call to have them hold a prescription of my granddaughter's until we had to come over in a couple days for other business. It is a 120 mile round trip. Got put on hold Every Time. This went on for over a week. While being on hold for 15 to 20 minutes each time there were several times someone picked up the call and then hung up on me without saying a word...... Went in to get the script and sure enough it got put back on the shelf. Well great, so let's get it refilled. This was after a 30inute wait in line.ok it will be 15 to 20 minutes.1 hr 20 minutes later I finally got out of there. Pretty bad way to run a business.

The pharmacists, cashier and intake staff have no reservations about sharing patient protected health information. In addition to the lax protection of patient identification information there is zero compassion around their impact on the delay of care. In fact questioning why it takes 3+ hours to fill a prescription results in a reprimand as if it was a personal insult.

I have covid 2 shot appointment and i have to take leave from my work for this and when i came they cannot provid me with the vac due to less of staff and they are not sure when they can give me the vac this is grate service from them.

Not enough staff for the hundreds of prescriptions they filL n any given day. For the people who Can Not walk around the store to fill wait time and,by the way spend money, it is really hard.

I would choose anyone but here. They like to leave people on hold and say they are filling meds when they aren't. For me mine was put aside because it needed a pharmacist "special touch" to go through insurance. However since they didn't tell the pharmacist they just left it on the desk while I was waiting in the store thinking it was 10 min. 1 hour went by with me sick. Sad thing is only one employee does this. Yet nothing is done.
