I am now on day five with no phone service because they can't figure it out after switching to them.I am out of town for business and rely on service for work. I went in to buy an iPad since my tablet crashed, and add a new service through Verizon. They didn't have the iPad, so I did the next "best thing" and switched from AT&T to Verizon so that I can get signal in this town. They sent me away with a non-operating phone service, blaming it on AT&T saying it could take up to 24 hours before service starts on my phone. I confirmed with AT&T there is no hold ups on their end, but when you need service from Verizon, all you get is somebody from China. Who knows how long before I get service, but I'm day five with no phone so I will have to go back to AT&T.Additionally, since I'm working up in the hills and don't get back into town till late, I finally have the opportunity to speed and get to the store before it closed. I got there seven minutes before it was closed to talk to a "real person", and it was locked with nobody inside.

I went into this Verizon store because I lost/dropped my phone in the middle of a lake while kayaking. This store was the closest one while passing through. I waited a little bit but as soon as it was my turn, Jon helped me with my iPhone purchase pretty quickly. He is very knowledgeable in most smartphone technology, patient and nice. Thank you for great customer service!

The sakesperson Savon was great. Informative and clear on possible add ons with buying a new phone. The store manager clearly ensured that i knew what was added to the purchase.

Worst place to go if you're a poc. They won't even help you activate a new sim card. Went in today and the guy said he can't do it and refused to help.

On Tuesday March 7th I visited the Verizon Store here in Yreka and was assisted by a very nice young man named Daniel. I ended up trading my Samsung S21 in on a brand new S23. I was given $800 trade in value for my used phone (which was nice) and offered a brand new Galaxy smart watch for an additional $50 (which was great!). I was told that the store was all out of the watches and that mine would have to be ordered. Daniel would call me when the watch arrived and i could come down and pick it up. A few weeks went by with no call from Daniel so I called the store. No watch. This happened again two weeks later. On Tuesday May 9th I went into the store and approached Daniel. He would not make eye contact with me and sent me over to another employee to be helped. I was the only customer in the store and thought it strange that I had been passed off. After speaking with the other employee I was told that the watch had never been ordered for me and there was nothing they could/would do about it. I'll be going back to Medford for my Verizon needs. "Shop locally" they say. No thank you.

The representative upsold me in the best way imaginable. My experience at this location could not have been more positive and I am quite happy with my new device and plan. Long live Verizon, may you fruit a thousand-fold.

Guy with tattoos was honest. Then the mexican guy comes in and acting like he knows more then the other guy with tattoos lies straight to my face and just reminded me of a poor car salesman. I followed tattoo guys advice left and fixed it myself.

Horrible customer service. They had no desire to rectify the issues with my account and just told me to call customer service. I also had ordered a phone for my Mother and at first they couldn't even find a record of it. Then after I went outside to smoke a cigarette, one of the employees came out and said they'd found a record of it, but that it had been sent to Walmart in Klamath Falls! No explanation as to why it was sent there or whom I'd dealt with. Walmart in Klamath Falls had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. Needless to say, I went to a Verizon store in Klamath Falls and had the phone I wanted and restored the service as well as resolving the other issues with the account!

I have always had good service in this Verizon store. I am an older woman in her 70s and I like technology but I’m not great at it. The people I have dealt with here are very understanding, helpful, and not condescending. I really appreciate that.
