I'm new to this facility. So far so good. The units are clean and spacious. The grounds are very secure with barbed wire around the tops of the entire fence. It really is the best bargain in town. The only complaint that I have, is that the hours aren't clearly marked anywhere. In fact, I thought it was a 24 hour storage, but I went at midnight and couldn't gain access. Even so, I'm happy so far.

The owner, Pam, is great. Very nice to work with. This storage facility is the best compared to other storage facilities in the area. It is gated and CLEAN located on concrete not dirt or gravel like the rest. Really cuts down on the dust that gets inside the unit. Also, the prices are unbeatable. Defiantly recommend.

The place closes it's gate at 7:30 pm which makes it difficult if your moving in the evening especially during the summer months. Also they need to read up on California storage laws.

Storage here is clean and secure. The gate takes a key code. They just added a a bunch more storage units. They lady that works there is great, very friendly.
