On 9/26/23 I needed a specific battery for my RV as it had died. Don at Napa Auto Parts on Main Street, Yreka, SAVED me! I was at a rest stop and he gave me clear directions to find Napa in Yreka. He assured me he had the battery I needed and would handle everything. When I arrived an hour later he quickly provided me with the parts and assistance that I needed. He is my hero. I've been to a lot of NAPA stores in my days, but this was above and beyond the best experience I've had. My car broke down just outside of Ashland, OR; I was able to get it to Yreka. The guys here were super efficient about getting me the part I needed, and super kind. Great customer service. They even loaned me some tools so I was able to fix what needed fixing and get back on the road. Highly recommended.

It's NAPA! do I need to say more? The guys down there are awesome! I have some mechanically inclined teenage daughters and they have been patient and really helpful to them. They even take care of my "future mechanics" my little boys...They are keeping the small town feeling alive!
