I bought a 1943 Ford GTBC Bomb service truck from Brett Kimball on eBay for $10,000.00 , and paid him via money order. His auction said clear titLE comes with it. Vehicle had license plates for California. When the vehicle was picked up by two retired US Marine NCO buddies, Kimball said he would FedEx the title and bill of sale. He never did, and now refuses to answer texts, or calls three years later. no integrity seller and owner of that business. I can't even ship the vehicle now without insurance and title registration.
