“My review relates only to local service (the corporate call center was less responsive and rude). We had a service outage on a Sunday morning and needed service restored before the work week started as my husband is working from home due to the pandemic. The manager of the local office himself came out to address our issue and was very patient and polite. The problem was difficult to troubleshoot and he took a lot of time diagnosing it. He checked everything externally and replaced the modem and, finally, it seemed a small part had gone bad and our service was restored. I was impressed with his diligence, knowledge, and attention to detail as well as professional attitude.”
