We had a problem with the furnace on our RV and RV Service's responded with a solution on a Saturday afternoon, they are closed on weekends, and Terry came out and fixed it and we able to continue on, as we were just passing through we asked for dinner recommendations Terry recommended Jefferson Roadhouse for dinner and that was great this is a gem

Randy is a bad man...crooked ....Everyone is a 1099 employee ask for liability insurance coverage from whom ever comes out. Get the quote before the work is ever started and keep someone at your trailer...my neighbor next door never saw anybody working on my trailer while I was at work.....

We had issues with our travel trailer brake lights while on our way to Oregon. This was the closest place to stop and try to fix it. We pulled up and happened to meet the owner outside, who got right to the point - what's the problem? We explained and he immediately knew what was going on and said we could fix it ourselves. YES! It ended up being a minor issue for us so you may not have the same experience, but it was really nice meeting someone honest and experienced who helped us out for free in a matter of minutes. No, he wasn't necessarily "friendly" about it haha, but he was exactly what he needed to be :) Also, the woman inside the store gave me great advice on leveling while I was waiting for my husband to finish up. Thanks to both! Great experience!

Great place to have work done on your vehicle. Todd's quite a friendly guy at the counter & the entire team is top notch. I stopped in for a smog check on my vehicle & was out the door & on my way in under 30 min. A couple things to remember... Make an appointment ahead of time. Plan to arrive a few minutes early. If you can't make an appointment ahead, they'll do their best to squeeze you in but keep in mind they're quite busy. The cost for my smog check was reasonable at $53. Price may vary based on what you drive.

We finally found a mechanic that is honest, reasonable, quick and is just really nice. We have taken in a dodge ram, a honda crv and a toyota tundra for an array of problems -- all are fixed and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, Todd!!

It's actually at 201 Oberlin Road in Yreka. I made an appointment with Todd the week before. I showed up early and he got me right in. The car passed & price was right, $53. He gave me directions to DMV and AAA to go get my license plate tags. Then he told me that the noise in front of engine was either water pump, A/C compressor, or alternator. He used a stethoscope and said it was the alternator. Their mechanic was leaving so he gave me suggestion to go to Toyota dealer in Medford. I got a really high price $730 from Toyota so Todd looked up his price ($300 less than Toyota) and he suggested I look for a private mechanic in Ashland that will use a remanufactured alternator. That's what I did and it worked out well. When I arrived Todd was explaining to a woman that her car did not pass smog test. He told her it would be about $400 to fix, but he said he did some adjustments, suggested she drive it for a few days to see if that helped, and for her to come back and hopefully her car will pass and not have the $400 expense. Unlike others, I found todd to be a trustworthy service advisor. I'm from out of town.

A valve in my motor coach failed. Randall [RJ] Gibbons was able to construction a replacement. Now I can take a shower. RJ is the go to guy in the area if you need something fixed on your RV. The shop has been opened for many years. Highly recommended.

Courtney went the extra mile to help us out in our time of need when he didn't have to. He was helpful and polite and got us back on the road again quickly. He really knows what he's doing and I would recommend him to anyone if you need repairs.
