Came in at 3:30 to open a checking account, basic. Cameron said they close in 1/2 hour so she was hesitant about getting it done today. After i wined about the same "service" in my ff branch she agreed to do it. Got it done at 4pm; sorry for the trouble. Hope the rest of the branches are more happily helpful

I absolutely love the service they especially the manager....she was awesome with my mom getting her banking in order after my dad died......THANKS

Unfortunately the current Yountville branch manager, a short dark haired woman has proven to be consistently rude and unhelpful. I've had a excellent business account for 35 years and never been treated this way by a bank before. She is a temporary replacement for the previous excellent manager. If she continues to be the manager much longer, I will be removing my business account. This is so unfortunate since the previous staff was wonderful and the bank is very convenient.
