I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jeff Nance for a cut and color, and I have to say, I was absolutely blown away by his talent and expertise. From the moment I walked into his salon, I knew I was in for a treat. Jeff is a master of his craft, and his attention to detail and passion for hair is truly unmatched.During my consultation, Jeff took the time to really listen to my concerns and understand exactly what I was looking for. He then expertly crafted a custom plan that was tailored to my unique hair type and style preferences.When it came time for my cut and color, Jeff was a true artist. He expertly blended colors and expertly sculpted my hair, giving me a look that was both modern and timeless. The end result was nothing short of breathtaking, and I have received countless compliments on my new look.But beyond just his technical skill, what really sets Jeff apart is his warmth and friendliness. He truly cares about each and every one of his clients, and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable and satisfied.I can confidently say that Jeff is hands down the best hair dresser/stylist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is a true master of his craft and I would recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional hair care and style.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jeff Nance at Dixie's in Napa for a men's cut, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that Jeff was a true artist in his craft. His attention to detail was evident in the way he carefully examined my hair, taking into account its thickness, texture, and overall style. The consultation process was seamless, as Jeff expertly guided me through the various options available to me. He took the time to truly understand my preferences and listened attentively to my concerns. I felt like he genuinely cared about achieving the look I wanted. Once we got started, I was struck by Jeff's skillful handiwork. He expertly blended and sculpted my hair, creating a look that was both modern and timeless. His precision and attention to detail was truly remarkable. But what really stood out to me was the final result. My hair looked amazing, and the cut was perfect. The styling was expertly done, and I couldn't have been happier with the final look. All in all, I would highly recommend Jeff Nance to anyone looking for a top-notch hair stylist. He is an artist in every sense of the word, and his talent is matched only by his professionalism and dedication to his craft. I arrived at Dixie's salon over 25 years ago on a referral from a girl I worked with. My previous salon felt my hair was too much to deal with- not Dixie! She welcomed me with open arms. She is an amazing colorist/stylist. When I began to go gray she was able to match my natural auburn perfectly. My hair grows very fast between visits and As the years have gone by I found I was needing to come in sooner between visits and with my busy schedule and then Covid that was hard so Dixie came up with a color formula that slowed it down making my gray not so obvious and harsh but more gentle. I receive a lot of compliments on my hair ALL THE TIME! Seven months ago I moved to Texas. I did not know what I was going to do about getting a hair dresser to handle my hair like Dixie. I even flew back to Napa to have Dixie do my hair! After a few months I found someone but only after making sure she would work with Dixie to learn my color formula. Dixie is a great teacher. Not only did she teach her my formula but she also did a tutorial for her so she would know how to cut my bangs the way I like them! Over the years I have seen new clients come in for Dixie to fix someone else's bad color job and or hair cut. Not only that I have heard her do consults over the phone helping another stylist in another shop call her to help fix a bad color or a color gone wrong. That takes talent and knowledge! Dixie's shop is fun and like walking into an episode of cheers - where everyone is your friend. I highly recommend Dixie - you cannot go wrong!

Dixie has been my hair stylist for over 20 years! She devotes her entire self to her salon and her clients. She makes each appointment a wonderful, never rushed experience. Her knowledge of her craft is incomparable. Her fellow stylists are forever friendly, social, and fun as well. A lovely atmosphere in which to spend "me time!"

I have been a client of Dixie since 1999. I have traveled with Dixie as she has explored new opportunities at different sites and have always enjoyed the experiences. I have also had the pleasure of having other stylists work with my hair when Dixie has been on vacation. Never an issue. Dixie is one of the most professional and talented colorists I have ever met. As a matter of fact she was diligent in caring for my hair as time passes finally convincing me to go lighter in color, and truthfully she was right. Everyone comments how much younger I look! I also have curly hair. Dixie understands how to cut and style curly hair. Quite frankly it is a wonderful experience to sit in Dixie's chair, and be treated with love and care at her salon. Thank you Dixie and team. Never change.

I've been going to this salon for over 23 years, and cannot speak highly enough about the service, the professionalism, and the quality of work provided to me! When I say I'm a difficult client, believe me when I say I'm being gentle on myself- because if I was a hairdresser, I'd fire me! Let me tell you a quickie (too late, right ) - when I first approached Dixie for a consult, I told her I wanted to be a brunette that died her hair blond with dark root outgrowth (I'm a blonde). Dixie's response was , you must be kidding ! Let me tell you, she delivered! I was a bad a** looking , and it was love at first weave!! For the rest of our relationship she has consistently given me what I ask for, even if it was so far off the color charts Vidal Sassoon himself would've cringed! More than this, Dixie has become my friend, and exudes everything you'd think a good person should be! She is kind, considerate, and the consummate professional! Her salon is beautiful maintained, and her staff are friendly, outgoing, and a pleasure to be around! I've shared many laughs, and even a few tears with this shop owner and her crew - and I would recommend her to anyone looking for something daring, bold, unique, sassy, or even subtle!

I've been coming here the last few months for color and a shave. I received a death hawk hair style elsewhere, but Sharon does a pretty good job of keeping it nice and smooth on the sides of my head. She's gentle and sometimes throws a relaxing head massage in there too. Their salon is very fun to look at too. Black and lavender brick walls. Gothic interior. Very unique but professional at the same time.

Let's put it this way, in 2001 my sister in law gave me appt. for my bday. I was long hair with bleached blond halfway and sandy gray on the top half. Dixie knew it was my 25th birthday and did a while transformation. We were in house until 12:30am. When I walked out I was a beautiful red head. Today, she makes sure I feel the same way, she makes her clients feel as special as they are and as beautiful. Dixie does more than cut, style or color, her gift is to make you feel beautiful!!!

I believe the people who do hair do an excellent job, however, nails are another story. Having been in the business but am retired now, you get to understand quality and knowledge and customer service. Katie was by far THE worst nail technician that I've come across in 40 years. Once using her tools, she placed them back into the storage container along with her other tools. NO SANITATION here!!!! Nails were a total mess and whatever was done took 4 hours to actually set! They all were a mess. Had to go to another salon the very next day to have them redone. They turned out excellent unlike what I had.
