I brought my 6qt KitchenAid in for bearing and gear repair. Gary, the owner, and his dog greeted me as I came in. He gave me a fair quote and an ultra fast next day turn around. I came to pick up the mixer next day and I had my daughter with me. Gary helped me load up the mixer (I had my hands full with her) in my truck. Great service, quality repair, with a fast turn around. Great shop.

Our TV had a strong blue tint over the screen and I tried to reset the color settings without resolution of the issue. Since it was still under warranty, I submitted a claim, which required a repair estimate as part of the submission. I sent out quote requests to several repair companies on Yelp around 8pm on a Tuesday night and within minutes, Gary replied to let me know that it was not economical to fix. I appreciate that he's a honest and ethical man and not just trying to make a quick buck! He even went above and beyond to send me the statement of non-repair electronically so I didn't have to drive to his store from Diamond Bar. Would highly recommend Gary to anyone who needs his services (from appliance/electronic repair to knife sharpening!)

I brought my KitchenAid Stand Mixer here today because I was having an issue with the tilt head. I explained the issue to the gentleman at the counter, and he took it into the back to take a closer look. Within five minutes, he brought the mixer back and it was as good as new. I was blown away by the speed of service and will definitely trust him with all future repairs! Thank you so much!!

Great business tucked away in Yorba Linda. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and repaired my kitchen aid blender quickly. 24 year old blender that works like new! Trust this owner. He's fair and hard working!

October 11, 2022 needed to have my Oreck vacuum yearly maintenance done. I reached out to Gary and headed over there there a new Yorba Linda area. Gary provided me with excellent customer service normal price to have my Oreck Magellan vacuum cleaner $88 service. That was with a military discount. yearly maintenance service needed to be done very nice place Great customer service

On his ad on his website it shows that he has free checkup on appliances electrical items! I get there I have a turntable he says oh it's a $59 service fee to check it out I said well your website says you check out items for free no not turntables turntables are $59 I'm like what they need to change your website that's very misleading for you to say you check out electrical items for free is this not an electrical item well yeah it is but just not going to be able to do that sorry

Over the years, I've used Gary's services twice to repair our vacuum cleaner and both times received the most prompt, courteous service. He takes the time to explain exactly what the problem is which is reassuring, and his service charges are reasonable. When necessary, he's a pleasure to visit.

We dropped off our carpet shampooing machine for diagnosis and fix. When we dropped it off, we were told he would call us in a day or two after he figured out was was wrong/parts/price etc. Two weeks went by and we heard nothing. We called back and were told he hadnt even started looking at it yet, but that he would. After another week went by without hearing from him, we just went into the store and picked it up. I cannot speak to this shops skill or ability (since they never got around to either fixing it or communicating what they were doing) , but i can say we now have complete lack of trust in them. Save tour time, stay away. (To his credit, he didnt attempt to charge us anything for his 3 week long non-diagnosis).
