12/23/23 We stopped by another location (Newport Beach) to picked up food and when I received my order it was clearly not going to be enough for my expected guest, completely frustrated, we left. I ended up calling the Yorba Linda store and was transferred to the Deli where I was relived to hear that they would be able to accommodate my needs, the other store did not offer any suggestions. After we arrived we ended up talking to the Deli Manager and were pleasantly surprised at how helpful and accommodating she was, sorry, I don't recall her name. Please personally thank her for us, this employee went above and beyond to help us.

Bluevery CaKeThe presentation was great. unfortunately the cake was extremely overwhelmingly sweet. It had two thick layers of frosting inside and the dough was heavy. I really just wanted to toss the whole thing in the trash. It's probably the worst cake of my life.

Emily S. saves the day. I came in with an expired coupon and a lady attending the cashier (Cashier #1) didn't give me much attention; as a matter of fact it was an unpleasant short interaction and just said you'll have to talk to the manager. I wait and waited. Then comes Emily who was the cashier from the next lane....overheard the interaction and took control and remedied the situation w such friendly demeanor.Cashier #1 needs coaching and to mirror Emily .Thanks again Emily!!

First time I've ever eaten at a grocery store! Bristol Farms is a high end grocery store and announced recently that they were going to put on a four course with wine pairing from Dauo, one the best wineries in Paso Robles. Since they were offering Patrimony and Soul of the Lion as part of the pairing I knew this was going to be a great event. And that it was. All the food (Rib Cap, pasta, mushrooms, quinoa salad) were made from food you can buy at the store. The service was from the employees and was outstanding. The dinner started with appetizers (hamachi crudo, bacon crusted large shrimp). There were employees from Dauo that talked about each bottle of wine we tried and the stories behind them. The Chardonnay was outstanding along with both the Soul of the Lion and Patrimony. We were steamed in large groups of mostly locals from the area. I sat close to Steve who heads the Bristol Farms. Very professional and made sure we'd were all taken care of. It was an incredible event and look forward to coming to events like this in the future. The food was outstanding and I came back the next day to get all the ingredients I needed to make lamb osso buco, one of my favorite northern Italian dinners.

So the store itself I give a 5/5! But the smoothie section a 3/5. I tried the new peanut butter protein smoothie and it was all right, the price was fair but the flavor wasn't really there. My friend got the BFF smoothie and she rated it a five out of 10 so again not too much flavor. I think we were just comparing it to Erewhon or just good smoothies in general where there's a lot of flavor! Also, the girl who was working she was really rude and didn't seem like she wanted to work there, maybe she was having a bad day, but customer service means even if you're having a bad day, you have to make the experience, at least tolerable for the customer, and I just felt like I was bothering her.

Conflicted, I am. Lots of good restaurants (I'm not sure how ALL of them stay in business), but it's just completely out of character for the town and dwarfs everything around it (not to mention it makes everything else look old and dowdy).

Bristol Farms, is a grocery store located in Yorba Linda. It has higher end feel to it and I must say, they have some interesting items. From the moment I stepped in, the store's cleanliness and attention to detail were evident, perfectly cool, setting the tone for a pleasant shopping experience. The sleek and organized layout showcased a variety of high-end products, as well as common products you would see at a Sprouts or Whole Foods. The store itself is not that big, more of a medium sized store. I initially visited Bristol Farms with the intention of simply looking around the interesting products they had but I couldn't resist getting their well known cookies.. I got their iconic chocolate chip walnut cookie!! The aroma of freshly baked goods greeted me as I approached the bakery section, and the cookie itself was a perfect blend of lightly crispy edges and a gooey center, studded with generous bitter sweet chocolate chips and crunchy walnuts. Great big and thick yummy cookie for only $3.95!! I really liked the contrast of the bitter sweet chocolate, crunchy walnuts, and slightly gooey interior. It was sooo good and paired well with ice cold milk.Bristol Farms undoubtedly stands out as a destination for grocery/food connoisseurs. While it caters to the higher end of the market, its cleanliness, well-curated selection, and attention to detail make it a worthwhile experience. Whether you're there to explore or to savor their delectable treats like the chocolate chip walnut cookie, Bristol Farms is a great place for your grocery needs!
