We've been banking here for years and I just need to give a shout out. Brennen gives us exceptional service. He is patient, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, finds what we need when we need it. At a time when other banks are diminishing their face to face service, I'm appreciate someone who knows what great customer service is. I recommend this Wells Fargo location all have been intelligent and helpful and Brennon is over the top. Thanks from David and Angela. We appreciate you guys!

Good place to get foreign currency. I called ahead and my money was ready to be picked up as promised. Fast service, decent exchange rate and no extra fee.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for 10+ years. I have never had experiences with any location like I have at this one. They base decisions based on your color and if you appear to have money and act totally different once they realize you have money. In my most recent experience the Teller questioned my credibility as to who I was , and why I was a depositing a check from whom I was. This is after banking with Wells Fargo for 10 years, financing multiple homes and vehicles, and holding large sums of money. I have had issues with basic deposits and even with notary services at this location. Wells Fargo from my experience is a good company, but the Wells Fargo location on 20375 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda CA 92886 is not a good bank.

The five stars are for Omar, the employee who assisted me on several visits. I needed to do some banking that had several processes and this young man was polite, patient, competent and proceeded with the various tasks needed to complete the requirements for my request. He made phone calls for me and as he waited for answers he apologized to me for the time that I had to wait. It was not his fault and I would rather have him talk to the person on the other end of the line. Wells Fargo is fortunate to have Omar as their employee and he has the qualities to move up in the company to become a branch manager. I spent many years in administration hiring management and this young man has all of the qualities that we wanted. He is a gem.

The manager at this branch worse than useless. The other employees here are pretty good. I wrote a nice, long, tasty review. Too long for Yelp's storage. Abridged is below. When I 1st went to this branch it was to do some sensitive, time-critical, financial matters as the legal representative of someone else. The stuff I needed to do was far too complex and time-consuming for a teller's window. I knew that much, as I once was a Finance major in college before switching my degree concentration. Also, in the past, I've worked at 2 different major banks in various departments. I know banking better than most. I don't know Wells Fargos particular procedures, but "banking" I got. The work I needed to perform was authorized by specific legal contract language and also by state-codified legislation that varies from state to state. Before visiting the branch in person I called Wells Fargo's corporate office for guidance on how I should proceed with my Wells-Fargo tasks. They told me to go into a local branch and speak directly with the branch manager, whom I was told typically works with customers directly on matters of the sort I was responsible to complete. When I entered the branch I was approached by an unknown, unidentified, unbadged man. He didn't introduce himself, or wear a name tag, he asked me assertively what "I needed." I respondedt "I needed to speak to the branch manager." This man offered no help, didn't identify himself, but asked "Regarding what?" I replied that I'd discuss this with the branch manager after we'd been introduced. This man asked the exact same question again. I offered the same guidance, but added that what I needed to do was complex . He again asked "Regarding what?" I told him it was a "series of banking transactions too time-consuming for a teller's window" combined with "I've been told I should speak to the branch manager directly because he does the kinds of thing I needed doing." I didn't offer precise details because there were customers all around us and I felt broadcasting financial information to strangers is probably bad. Besides, I'd been TOLD to speak directly with the branch manager by Corporate. It went back and forth like this for a few minutes, & I was starting to feel like I didn't want to speak to the branch manager, that I wanted to go to a different branch. Each time I provided ever more detail. At the point where I told him I had customer's Power Of Attorney responsibilities & at that point the man revealed that HE was the branch manager. Now I REALLY didn't want to talk to the manager, but said I'd like to discuss the banking specifics in a more private place, like his desk. Instead he told me I'd be helped by one of the branch's personal bankers. The manager introduced me to a younger colleague. This man warmly greeted me, told me his name & title, and told me he knew what to do, that he'd worked with customer's in similar situations to as mine. After reviewing my authorizing documents, we got to work on the mechanics of the transactions, filling out paperwork, checking balances, discussing options, etc. The entire time the personal banker & I worked on the tasks together, the manager leaned against a nearby window sill and went through a LITANY OF THINGS he and/or the bank COULDN'T or WOULDN'T DO. I didn't care about what they can't do. The guy that cleans the toilets can't do those things either, so not being able to do something isn't helpful, or "special." It was bizarre. The banker & I working on the accounts & paperwork, the manager now doing nothing but talking at us about what they can't do. He no longer was interrogating customers as they entered. Now he was the can't-doer in chief. Oh, sure other banks can & will, but not Wells Fargo, no way. They can't or they won't. The manager seemed pleased with himse

This bank is filled with incompetent and lazy employees. Not there to help customers just want to show power by not even depositing a check. Will never do business here again. I gave 1 star only because it was open. Just as well could have been closed.

Wells Fargo became the worst bank for consumers a while ago. Today, I experienced it first hand. We tried to make a deposit to a family member in need. However, the manager of this branch is an arrogant person that hides behind bank policies with little empathy for their clients or customers. It's no wonder so many people are switching to credit unions. Their latest - you can not deposit cash. "No sir, you may not deposit the cash that you pulled out of our atm right outside to deposit to your family members account". We left, went and got a cashier check. Returned ... to top it off, they put a hold on a cashier check! So much for trying to get the person access to funds in one day. Avoid Wells Fargo like the plague.

Applied for a line of credit in March 2017 & it took 4 months to get, Curtis Eakin was the Wells Fargo rep who kept insisting it would fund soon. Would never go back to Wells Fargo.

Corry, Julie and the branch manager Kathy are so nice and fun. it was a Friday the 13th right before closing and still they were very nice and friendly. I made a mobile deposit but needed the money that day so I stopped in and the girls made it happen in a snap. Really nice and friendly ladies. I will have to stop in more often thanks again

This may sound silly or trite but part of the reason I like a bank is because of the building. If the building looks fresh, clean and up-to-date it makes me feel better about the bank inside. Wells Fargo updates their banks and keeps them modern looking even if they are inside an older building or historic building. Yorba Linda branch The tellers and bankers at this branch are helpful, friendly and and courteous. Accounts Wells Fargo offers an account called PMA. Get this account and your banking experience will be even better. Reco Recommend this branch

After banking with Wells for years ive kind of felt like the people that work here are fake and just act like they are friendly. I walked up to the counter and I guess that because i dont have huge balances here that I am not that important. The teller at this location barely acknowledged me. I guess thats why I keep most of my money at Chase which is a far better bank.

Was sitting at desk with bank rep, and I could hear the tellers ask each guest "how is your day going?", and "what are you doing with the rest of your day?". I'm sure the staff was programmed to be more personable by asking these questions, but I wouldn't want to participate in this banter.... My bank rep was great and handled the transaction very nicely.
