Costco in Chino Hills - you just order and then stand in line and they just put it out there and you pick it up, kinda like Starbucks. Who’s idea was this?”

“never knew this place existed until i saw it on social media. these are amazing discounts on a variety of things from summer to winter items to home appliances to furniture. the safest purchases would probably be the clothing. but be careful on everything else because most of these things are probably returned items. and the packaging does not tell you why it's there. it doesn't say if it is defective, overstock, or damaged, missing parts etc. shop carefully!”

“I LOVE WATCHING MY 600LB LIFE, WHILE EATING COSTCO DESSERTS!!! Last night I got full lecture from my personal trainer about my consumption of the Devils Delights aka Carbs & Desserts! Today, my office had a training with lunch provided; Costco desserts were on the menu!!! I was like monkey dancing on a razor blade when I saw the Triple Chocolate Pie and Tuxedo Cakes were chosen to accompany our lunch! I took a sliver of each and have no regrets in consuming those calories!!! ("JUST MORE TO LOVE!" is what I'll tell myself, when I look in the mirror! ) The slivers were so worth last night's lecture and the upcoming lecture when I step on the scale! (I know how to skillfully ignore lectures. I perfected this skill during my past marriages.) The chino hills costco, has the best selection and staff! I have an Executive Club Membership (YOU'RE WELCOME COSTCO!)”

“Joining the hype and finally try their chocolate chip cookies for the first time. It's so delicious. They serve it hot and fresh. it's crispy outside but gooey inside. The chocolate is melted inside. Ordered it from kiosk and when I pick it up at the window they tell me to wait for 10 minutes because they are run out. I guess it's that famous. LOL”

“Less than 1 hour to load a full truck 53' dry van, they loaded us with 47k lbs but the BOL said 41 k and the rate confirmation said 28k. It was a miscommunication between broker and customer, we were compensated for the addition weight. Overall good experience”

I had to use a different map then my truckers app to get here because there's some sections, of the streets are shut down because of the construction.Pretty easy to get in and the gentleman with the long hair seem very nice. They're open weekends but for a very short time.***ATTENTION:*** Truck drivers there is a smokey gray color door, with a bell to ring, by dock # 9 that's where you go to check in.”

“I am a Manager for a Restaurant here in West Covina and last week I had 2 very nice gentlemen service my Restaurant. Shane and Eric. These two employees have been servicing our Restaurant for quite some time and they have been doing an excellent job doing so. They are kind and they make sure to hit the areas that need to be hit. If I cant get ahold of my service specialist, Shane is ALWAYS there and a big help to the needs of my store. He really doesn't have to be but he chooses to put dedication and work into his job and it shows. I just wanted to say that this guy Shane is really making a difference and I am very pleased with his work. Thank you Shane and Eric for all you do for us.”

“There are many great things about this Costco: amazing member services, products rarely go out of stock, and the variety is just better than the local competitor. That said, the crowds here are next levels of terrible. Parking and even driving in the parking lot has had me drive across town to the competition. There's a science to parking lot design. The company that designed this one didn't believe in science. It's almost as if someone randomly drew parking spaces on a whim and called it a day.Getting gas here is so painful that I joined another club just for gas. The lack of "scan and go" feature means waiting in lengthy lines that make every trip an adventure.The self checkout should be the store's saving grace, but the aggressiveness of the employees who monitor self checkout makes the experience uncomfortable. I have to show my receipt on the way out the door, I don't need two employees hovering over me to make sure I have a club card - it's required to start the checkout process. ?♂️ I've even been stopped while checking out because my partner, who is also on the account, was paying. They forced me to pay because she didn't have her card on her.Pro tip: go shortly after open on week days. Avoid the after work times and all weekend long. This will save you most of the hassle I mention above. Enter on the AMC side to miss most of the frustration caused by the Costco parking lot.”
