The younger girl with the earing (feel bad because she remembers our name) and Mini are so sweet. They make this pharmacy feel like a small town pharmacy. It's always so nice. We moved away from this pharmacy and still drive across town due to the service in this store. thanks for everything. You guys are the best.

I've been shopping at this Vons for years I raise my kids in Yorba Linda I love the neighborhood and I've always love this Vons. But their manager Carla is horrible she's rude, she's on her phone constantly any time I happen to go there in the evening. If I go through her check out she just dumps my basket onto the conveyor belt it's just a few items which is why I don't bother to unpack but to have her just grab them and dump them like she's inconvenienced is not OK.It's truly sad how much is the customer service has changed in that grocery store especially because it was always my neighborhood go to. As for Carla she definitely needs A refresher on how to set the example as a manager I guess Vons has just gotten really desperate for leader ship

Loads of people walking in and out of the store in clear view of all staff - no masks despite the "mandatory" signage. Staff could care less.

For the most part the employees at Vons are really great at customer service. Not the Meat Dept. however. The butchers always seem so annoyed when you ask them a basic question or need something packaged up. We have noticed this attitude for 4+ years but never made it a point to complain. Well last night finally put me over the edge. The butcher (I know his name but don't want to put him on blast) was so annoyed that he had to help me package up Tri-Tip. When I explained how many I wanted (he didn't hear me) his response was "WHAT" with a nasty face. Puts the meat on the counter and walks away. I had to ask him if I can also get shrimp skewers. OMG you would of thought I asked him for one of his kidneys. When he handed me the skewers I said "Thank you and hope you have a good evening"... Nothing! Dead silent. No "Hi, how can I help you", "Did you need anything else", "Thank you", etc.... Customer service sucks I am sure but this guy was hating life. Vons executive management really needs to train their Meat Dept. employees on basic manners and customer service. We will stick to Stater Bros Meat Dept. They are so courteous and always go above and beyond for their customers.

Superior service and products and not crazy expensive. I stopped here on the way to a family gathering to pick up a bottle of wine. I had no idea what to get for a group setting. Jason spotted me on my wine hunt within minutes, asked a few questions and then helped me choose a prize bottle. A bonus bottle as well. I was so surprised to find a real Somm at Vons. He knows his stuff. I don't live in Yorba Linda but I will come back for all my liquor need. It's awesome to feel confident in my wine choice especially when I am bringing it for family. Thanks Jason and thanks Vons.

I bought a loaf of bread today that looked like it might have been opened and part of the inner plastic lining was missing. Two weeks ago I bought sour cream that had the seal missing. Unfortunately I did not notice any of this until I was home. If you shop here you need to be diligent in inspecting the products before you put them in your cart as I have also previously purchased a few items that were past the expiration date.

Wow! Just bought a tri tip. Looked like a beautiful cut. When I got home and my husband started to prepare it. He turned it over, had to cut about a pound of fat off of it. Thank you for charging $22 for about $12 worth of meat.

I have noticed again today that their registers are wrong -- charging the customers higher prices. An example of just what I caught today was a $9.99 for a hand sanitizer. It is supposed to be $5.99. How many customers got ripped off?

I would like to take a moment to thank the people at Vons Eastlake Village. Lori and Yogi were the first response team to help those of us loyal customers to the issue of short supply during this horrible pandemic. Lori and Yogi went out of their way to help me with securing my groceries and to communicate the hour changes during the current crisis. They are true dedicated employees!
