Horrible, stay away, go to a Verizon company store instead. Many issues after I switched over 2 lines and the home internet from T-mobile. Two issues, they charges me a fee called setup and go, but all they did was give me a new phone in a box. They never mention this fee and kind of hid it saying it’s the tax for the phone. I get my first bill and the credit for my old phones is incorrect, activation fee not waviered as stated, double charge for Netflix, etc. I had to call Verizon to get all these fees and billing corrected as when I went back to the store the one girl had no idea and when I asked for the manager he is nowhere to be found or doesn’t call you back. Shame we have this kind of retailer in our YL area.

Went to upgrade my 5G internet since a sales rep came by and told me about a new product. Jason made it super easy to upgrade and get me the best deals.

Wife went in to add some services . All was well as the price that was showed reflected a small increase over the previous billing month which was a $15 increase which I was fine with . A month went by and we noticed that priced jumped $110 from previous bill . Robert Velazquez ( Store Manager aka snake in the grass ) was the one with the silver tongue as he talked he showed my wife pictures of his family and his pregnant wife . As to conceal the fact that the next months bill was going to increase by $110 . He even neglected to tell my wife that all the premium subscriptions and perks that were included would vanish with changes made that day . I lost Hulu and Disney plus as well as the discounts applied with that plan . All so we could give my wife phone the ability to give wifi to my kids iPad when we go on drives ,a $10 addition something I might add is not blocked by a pay wall by T-Mobile which I plan to switch to as soon as I can . They really get you on those termination fees . Another issue I have was when we first signed up we supposed to get a $200 gift card or credit per phone that was turned in . I gave 3 phones fully paid for and was expecting a $600 credit . I waited for an email for the promotion and it was NEVER sent ... how convenient. I called the customer service to find a solution and was met with false promises and no help from the outsourced Phillipino rep . Only when I was in contact with an American rep that I was given half a solution . The rep was able to give me $300 of the money that was promised . This was given to me 8 months after the fact and several calls to Verizon rep. FYI don't talk to the outsourced rep talk only to the American reps they have more sway than those phillipino reps . But now I'm stuck with a $400 bill every month for 6 lines . I plan to escalate as high as I can and litigation is not out of the question . But I thought I would let common folk know never to trust what the store tells you . # 1 This store is not a corporate owned store they are and outside vendor . Kinda like a mall store that has a minor affiliation with Verizon as far as selling a phones . They will not help with billing and are more concerned with sales above all else . #2 If you speak to the manager Robert Velazquez keep in mind that he has his priorities in helping enrich HIMSELF and not to help you what so ever . #3 Do yourself a favor and do not go to any franchise store and deal directly with a corporate store as they are beholden to Verizon and can directly help you . #4 Do yourself a bigger favor and don't do business with these folks . They smile all the way to the bank and you will be holding an empty wallet . Not happy Verizon do better !!!!!!

Jennah, Verizon Sales Rep. was excellent. She managed to help multiple customers by herself in a patient & professional manner. She explained all the offers & products clearly & I felt like I was offered the best & affordable options. Location is great! Highly recommend.

all i went in for was to resolve an issue with my sim card i really felt like just a number and the guy that was helping seemed to take a personal phone call while helping me this also felt like it took way too long as he was also bouncing from customer to customer while other employees were sticking with one customer until their issue was resolved it seemed he was more concerned trying to sell my family members a new phone than helping me with my issue
