HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
* Lost car payment check, was never received!
* Waiting on delivery of a package that was delivered to them on July 17th at 5:35 am… it is now July 23rd at 2:47 pm… I live less than 1/2 mi from them, on Eureka!!! WHAT’S THE HOLD UP?
* Mailbox out front locked up after hours
* Main door locked up after hours… WHY?!?
- WORST POST OFFICE ANYWHERE!!! ???

The lady working at the counter was very rude. I was there to pick up mail. I'm going to have my wife pick up mail from now on. There was a guy there that seemed more helpful. I wish I had gotten him instead.

Araceli is the most arrogant and rude agent I have ever seen. I got an email from them to pick up a package. When I went there Araceli and another agent I think called Venesia ( not sure of her name) insisted that the package was not there and they didn't send us an email. Venesia ( colored woman) told me to go to Placentia location. After a long research, they found it at Yorba linda. I hope this people do their job as it should be. They don't want to do any effort. Will Never go there again.

Always has terrible customer service, right now I’ve called over 10 times the past two days and haven’t gotten a single response (they even answered the phone and hung it up instantly). They won’t let the house sitter I have sign or accept the package at all and won’t respond to anything I have sent them.

I love the counter staff, but they are severely understaffed. The lines are almost always long, and the staff has so much to deal with.
It's an older facility that simply can't handle the amount of traffic it gets, no matter how good the staff is.

Why are the mailbox locked after hours? Also how come your mailman did not pick up the outgoing mail? Elderly mom can’t go to the post office!! Terrible!

Worst USPS in the area. Their customer service is by far the worst. Slow and bad customer service. For a simple USPS box(which should be available without standing in line) you have to wait in line which always snakes outside into the lobby.

Save your time and get good customer service by going across the street to the PostalAnnex!I was trying to purchase a PO Box online and the website was giving me multiple errors and instructed that I needed to go in person to the post office (additionally, I needed to present my ID which is understandable). When I arrived there was a long line, the workers unhurried and moody. The individual who helped me was rude and prior to helping me was rude towards other customers. I wanted to purchase a three month subscription for a PO Box (I was unable to do so online and explained that to him) and he proceeded to argue with me saying I had to purchase a six or twelve month rental. It was near closing time, it was very busy, and I felt very rushed as this process was new to me. I ended up leaving because of his rude behavior towards me and was approached by a separate customer who told me the man who “assisted me” allowed him to purchase a three month rent. Furious, I went back inside and asked to speak with a manager. Ironically, no manager was available. The lady I spoke with claimed that the manager was “out,” and failed to specify what “out” meant. I ended up leaving and going across the street to the PostalAnnex where I was treated respectfully and was able to purchase a three month PO Box rental.
