Welcome to the only ups store known to man that only carries 2 employees at all times in the store and pays you an extra .50 cents to make up for the other 2 employees that should be there, asked 2 ups drivers if they’ve ever seen a ups store with only 2 employees and he said only this one and the other one in Yorba Linda (which she owns also), welcome to ups where Amazon returns are being put into melted bags because she doesn’t wanna spend extra money on bag sizes for all items like every other store, and where the A.C is set on 75 ?

First time using the Reverb app to ship a guitar to a buyer. Osh and Noah were extremely cordial and helpful. Osh had prior experience selling on Reverb and gave me great advice for navigating through and getting all the steps through Reverb done to finally be able to ship my package to my buyer. Absolutely great service and attitude.

The people who work here are always super friendly. When I took my daughter here last time, they asked what her favorite color is and offered a pen or something in that color, which made her happy. The only drawback to this location is that sometimes it can get really busy and so lines are long. Parking in this plaza is easy in the lot.

I went in to return cable boxes, and was helped by Jae! He was so kind, and helpful!In the mean time a extremely rude lady was so disrespectful to Sylar! He was being so sweet, and helpful! She continued to disrespect him, and all the customers waiting in line! He handled himself with dignity and respect! I'm so sorry people have to be so rude! Thanks Jae, and Sylar for great customer service!

I hope I don’t butcher the name , HIS NAME IS MOSHI , HE IS RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL, KIND AND GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME , always calls me ma’am , I am in pain and he helps me with getting what I need inside on my bad days. UPS is lucky to have such a good employee. Keep him , give him a raise ! I started coming here because my daughters school is close by so I would just drop off in the morning my husband‘s things well during the summer on the rare occasion there was something for me to take. I would drive all the way over here because of the service I really appreciate great customer service, and this employee is above and beyond that’s all I can say thank you so much for helping me on the days that my muscles aren’t up to par ( quite often ) thank you for doing it with a smile. I know a lot of adults that don’t make you feel great that you can’t do all of the things that other people can do and you are a young man with a great attitude I get it thank you I won’t forget it.

Rude! Worst customer service! I showed up Just before closing - the door was locked with customers inside. The guy YELLED at me that the computers were already shut off WHILe he was on a computer with the customers...I explained I just needed to drop off a prepaid package before a flight and he refused. This isn't the first time the same guy has been short tempered or rude. I usually go to this location for everything - several times a week- NEVER again- people deserve respect even if you are done with your day! 6 minutes before posted closing is NOT your posted hours!

The staffs at this location is always so nice and happy. It a little thing but it makes a big difference. I really appreciate this..for I have gone to other locations where the staff make it feel like I am interrupting thier day or something. Thank you!
