DO NOT USE THIS AGENT! I had Scott Campos' grandfather as my agent for years without incident and I moved out of a state for a few years. When I returned in 2013, I called the number to be informed that he had retired but that his grandson took over the business. Great! I am happy to have him as my agent. Unfortunately everything g has been downhill since. Most recently, he is no longer at the office listed and the national State Farm office is unaware (and it is now a Farmers zIndurance office so I suspect that Scott is scamming both companies), he NEVER returns a phone message, a State Farm email, or an email to his direct business. I attempted to contact him for 3 months and no response. As a result I lost the discount for my homeowners policy amongst many other things. THIS AGENT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND EFFORT!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had changes done to my account without ANY notification. I have been trying to contact Scott for months regarding my car insurance through different means, but no response. Please DO NOT sign up with him as an agent.

This business is now closed. A new Allstate is now here and opening soon, nice new upgrades done to building looks very pleasant inside so far.

Scott does not answer his phone. He doesn't return emails. He has no staff to help him out. I would not recommend him as an agent.

It you want any support at all do not use Scott Campos as an insurance agent. He doesn't return our calls or our emails. I'm either getting a new agent or leaving State Farm. Worst customer support I've ever experienced!!!

So disappointingTo be nice, if you are looking for an agent that will be there for you to answer your questions and assist you -- look elsewhere or find another Statefarm agent.Been trying to reach him since September of 2020 and, I now just canceled my policy on January 2021 because of this branch.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I had a flood in my kitchen last week (catastrophic faucet failure) and Scott and his office have left me completely unsupported. I am incredibly disappointed and switching to a new agent today. State Farm corporate has been wonderful! DON'T BE FOOLED...GO WITH AN AGENT THAT WILL SUPPORT YOU because you never need your insurance agent when times are good. You need them to help support you in those difficult times. I hope you never have to call your insurance agent, but do yourself a favor and don't set yourself for a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT by continuing to give Scott Campos any of your trust or money.
