**TESLA OWNERS BEWARE**
In April 2024, I contacted Solesbee to repair my 2024 Tesla Model 3 after an accident involving a neighbor. Knowing it was a newly refreshed model, I expected a long wait for parts, and indeed, it took about two months for them to arrive.
Once I dropped off the car, the real issues began. I was shuffled between service advisors, and communication was terrible. I had to repeatedly reach out for updates, often going weeks without any word. After the car was in the shop for two more months, I was told it was nearly ready—only to find out that they had shattered the driver-side window by accident. When I asked how this could happen, they admitted they didn’t know. It became clear that they lacked the expertise to work on Teslas. The replacement glass took two weeks to arrive, and then it happened again—they broke it and had to reorder. The whole experience was a nightmare.
After four months, I finally got my car back, but the ordeal wasn’t over. The service advisor was condescending and unfriendly, essentially blaming me for owning a Tesla. To top it off, they returned my key card warped and non-functional. Despite Solesbee’s claims of being a Tesla-certified repair shop, my experience shows otherwise. Don’t trust them with your Tesla!

I had a great experience getting my Alfa Romeo Giulia repaired at Solesbee! Cory is the man and helped me throughout the whole process and was very good at communicating and answering all of my questions along the way. I did have to be patient as getting parts for these cars can sometimes be difficult to find. Also matching the metallic paint took them a couple tries. They got it 100% on the third try and I'm happy they really put the effort into matching as good as they did. They are Alfa Romeo certified and heard from several other people that they are a clean and honest shop, so I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I can confidently recommend Solesbee to anyone looking for a solid and honest collision shop in the socal area. They even gave me a shirt and a bottle of touch up paint!

I want to share my traumatic experience with this company. After a hit and run accident that damaged the back of my minivan my Honda dealer recommend them to me. Only two parts needed to be replaced. Solesbee quoted the repairs for $ 14,000 dollars ( we had the minivan fixed later by another body shop for $ 3,500) and declared a total loss for my vehicle. They charged my car insurance $ 4,500 for storage ( 4 days) doing nothing for my car and making it so difficult to retrieve my car title. Because of them I had to do so many steps: two hours wait x 2 at the DMV , checking lights and breaks at a mechanic. I feel that this body shop is very dishonest and i would never recommend it to anyone. I am so disgusted how they took advantage of me.

I took my SUV, they did an excellent job. Then I left my second car for painting. Excellent work and Excellent service! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Totally satisfied. Thank you for a great job. Great team, and I will be back in the future, for sure...

Being an extremely analytical, customer, and efficency processes individual, I am impressed how the office staff coordinate the intake and the output of vehicles. The amazing guys who repair our damaged babies, and ensure a quality appearance inside and even though they weren't responsible for any work on the inside. Thank you guys!
I recommend this body shop to anyone who has an injured vehicle and wants their car repaired beautifully.

Highly recommend this place! My car was hit in the quarter panel insurance wanted to cut off my quarter panel and put in a new one in but I didint want that. Solebees fought with my insurance to reshape my original one and made it happen they made my car look like nothing ever happened and worked around my air suspension and sound system equipment and even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get there car fixed amazing customer service amazing body work and amazing paint guys. Was really nervous about them being able to match the paint on my car but they did it with ease and you cant even tell the car was ever hit. I ask people all the time if they can tell if it was hit and they can’t even spot where it was hit let alone tell that the car was hit. Best part about it is that they offer warranty and I was able to retain all of my original factory parts so that the vin number matches up with all my bumpers and light and stuff. if you want any work done on your cars THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO GO TO!!!!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Solesbee. The customer service was exceptional, and the speed of their service was impressive! My car was fixed in no time (literally 2 days), and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend! We will only be using Solesbee for any of our Tesla repairs in the future!

I went to Solesbee because a friend who worked in the care business recommended them. I wish I had never gone. It has taken 3 months to properly fix my 10 month old car.1st it took them 3 weeks to fix a bumper and a taillight. 1 week my car was sitting there because they didnt bother to check to see if the insurance had responded to them.When i got the car back there was a large scratch on the trim from the original accident and an scratch on the bumper. The manager, Cameron, proceeded try and grind me to split the cost of a rental car to use over the weekend. He even threatened to not fix the scratch. He didnt even stop to consider that he was submitting a supplement and my insurance would likely cover another rental. Fortunately I did.I finally got the car back and was relieved the it was finally over. But then that night i saw another dent that traversed the bumper and trunk lid. I looked at the accident pictures and it was there. I also noticed on the left side of the trunk i couldn't fit a fingernail but on the right side i could fit nearly my whole finger tip.No 3rd chances.Solesbee was more concerned about getting paid their rates and grinding me for rental cost then doing a good job. I took my car over to Fix-it Auto at Savi Ranch. Fortunately because it was an area they didnt bother to touch there was no warranty fiasco and they graciously took the car in and did it right the 1st time. Important lessons: Take pictures of your car and keep them after an accident. Always make sure the shop realigns your car after a hitDont go to Solesbee.

Had my brand new Subaru Impreza for only 6 weeks when someone scraped/dented the back corner of my car and left white paint on it at my work while I was in my office working. After contacting my car insurance, Solesbee's called me right away to set up an appointment for a repair estimate. The estimate and repair process went very smoothly and it was also very convenient having the Enterprise car rental just down the street from them. The repair looks great and my car is back to looking brand new! I am also loving the Solesbees t-shirt I got.
